Parts that are true are
- 50 never knew his pops
- his moms got killed when he was 8
- started selling drugs at young age
- went in & out of jail at early age
- started rapping after son was born
- stopped selling drugs & focused on rap
- got into beef with the biggest drug lord from his hood
- got shot 9 times (but he was inside a car)
- 1 bullet hit his face/mouth so it changed his voice
- recovered from the shooting at the Poconose
- no DJ or Producer would work with him cause of his beef (he got blackballed)
… he started releasing mixtapes which took over NYC like nothing had done in history…
which eventually fell into the hands of EMINEM & DR DRE
who both signed him in a joint venture & THE REST IS HISTORY
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
He didn't get blackballed had he been blackballed you wouldn't know who he was.
yea a lot of it is true💯 some things were definitely changed tho, he met his father in the movie who was levar, he was a little bit older than 8 when his mom died, i believe he was 12 and he got shot outside of a car instead of inside the car. overall a great movie one of my favorites ever💯
@@Dreadpoolz3977 he was blackballed lol Irv Gotti himself admitted it !! He said if anyone worked with 50 Irv wouldn’t work with them and at the time he was the hottest in the game !!!! Saying 50 wasn’t blackballed is completely crazy lol
The dude that shit 50 got killed 3 weeks later (Hommo Mike Tyson friend)
When 50 got discharged from the hospital he left NY to recover and lay low
Columbia records dropped him while recovering
@@roselynholloway7863 3 ?? he has a video where he shows 6 bullet holes in his body without showing the bullet holes that hit his back !!! the video is literally on RUclips
This a mad underrated hood movie. Crazy how this movie never gets brought up in conversation, being that this was based off 50’s real life.
This and 8 mile a few years earlier just hit different back when they came out
I seen this before 8 Mile my step-dad had it recorded watced it everyday during summer at 14
Rule number 5: Show no love, love will get you killed
Should be #1 honestly

Fifty from 2002-2007 🐐
Goated
facts , nobody had a better 5 year run than 50 from 02 to 07
Facts 02-07 50 was killing 🔥🔥🔥
WORD
Majestic was based on Supreme who was a street dude who allegedly funded Murder Inc. Dangerous is based on Ja Rule who had a longstanding feud with 50 Cent, and of course him getting shot 9 times is like the 75% of the movie he was talking about
16:32 not the cat driving 😂😂😂
Interscope Shady & Aftermath are record labels Shady Records is Eminem’s label Aftermath is Dr. Dre’s label 50 was discovered by Eminem and was signed to Aftermath through Eminem & Shady Records Aftermath & Shady are distributed by Interscope
That cat scene you put in there had me rollin!!!😂😂😂😂😂
No matter my mood when MJ calls someone a "Butthole" makes me laugh so hard
I fuckin lost it when the driving cat meme popped up 😂😂👍
The best rapper autobiography HANDS DOWN
SPIDER GANG. I LOVE YOU MJ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. 🕷 🕷 🕷 🕷 🕷 🕷 ❤❤❤❤❤. Great movie. 50 cents' acting was pretty good.
Yo this is the first time I’m watching it back and seeing all these intricate details, all the symbolism in the actions/words for what’s to come in the movie.. it’s crazy. I think this is Top tier now
He did got shot 9 times in real life but great movie
In the movie it shows he was blackballed from music deal
In real life when he came back 100% from getting shot 9x, Irv gotti from murda inc really did have him blackballed him til Eminem heard about 50 and signed him. Shady records and Aftermath
There's several documentaries out about the real 50 Cent Kelvin Martin. He was a real gangster/ stick up kid from Fort Greene Brooklyn. He was feared in the streets for his reputation for being willing to rob anyone at any moment, regardless of how much they did or didn't have. 50 (Curtis Jackson) took on his persona, they even produced a documentary on the real 50 Cent after making this movie. 50 sought permission from Martin's family and they gave their blessings with the agreement 50 would buy a headstone for the real 50's unmarked grave.
By your description, any chance Kelvin got the name for robbing someone of as little as 50 cents?
@choomah one of the legends is he actually walked into a dice game with 50 cents in his pocket, but walked out with $500 after robbing everybody. He always carried a Colt 45 and a 357. The real 50 refused to sell crack, he rather rob drug dealers and some hip hop artist. He even once robbed LL Cool J

Majestic telling Marcus he killed his mother
Scar telling simba that he killed his father (Mufasa)
50 cent was a real Gangster no cap, he was on the street corner at 12 And he the last gangster rapper. He was shot 9 times in 1 go. 50 went against the baddest gang in Queen Brooklyn he didn’t give a fuck.
50 was literally Kanan in real life before rap
And he was golden gloves, niggas wasn’t trying to see fifty with the hands.
I was curious how you were going to react to this film. I'm gad that you enjoyed it. Keep up the good work.

Why am I just recognizing Ashley Walters in this?!?!?!
Omg finally sombody finally watched this
one of my favorite movies
Good ass review. Earned my sub!
To learn about why 50 was shot listen to Ghetto Quran. In the movie he was shot over Officer Down in real life they say Ghetto Quran was the song that got him hit. 50 had beef with the Supreme Team and his beef with Murder Inc and Ja Rule stemmed from that beef which is why it was so heated. Another thing is the man who shot 50 was Mike Tyson’s homie.
I think Ja Rule was probably the main dude who had the problem with Ghetto Quran, it had nothing to do with him but Ja hated 50 for what he did to him in the past I kinda doubt Preme or anyone else from the Supreme team had much of a problem with it because it was basically all about the stuff that happened back in the 80s, those who were around the drug scene already knew for many years and to some random dudes listening to 50 cents music it was pointless I bet it was Ja that had Preme organize the hit, Hommo wasn't just Mikes bodyguard but he was connected to the supreme team so it had to be them who got 50 shot he didn't decide that out of the blue sky. It's crazy that after all the stuff 50 went through he's still alive, stabbings, beatings and being shot 9 times and he's still here.
Damn Youre The Very First Reactor Out Of Every RUclips Channel To React To This Slept On Nice Hood Classic Movie 💯💯 Nice Reaction As Usual Beautiful
The 50cent was a notorious stick up kid from Brooklyn you should react to his documentary
Really good movie I've seen it before it first came out and dope soundtrack
You will enjoy this movie
What up MJ lookin pretty as always ❤ much love
You should watch straight outta Compton next
"Im a gangsta grandpa." best line in the whole movie
Dangerous is supposed to be Ja Rule
And Majestic is supposed to be Kenneth Supreme McGriff, the man who took Fif under his wing Supreme Team wanted Fif dead Supreme also worked with Ja Rule, Fif started beefing Ja Rule and Supreme didn’t like that.
LET THE FREAKIN MOVIE PLAY!!
it is playing. ever heard of copyright? and before you say dont talk so much, dont watch if it bothers you. i get paid either way
He did not miss those first couple shots 😂😂😂😂😂 what are you watching
The movie…
Majestically reaction to hearing 50 was shot 9 times is the funniest, realist, and best part of his entire portrayal of preme
The intro of the record labels are 3 separate labels o believe, inter scope, shady with Eminem and aftermath dr dre
Nice video love ❤️ 😍
“Why people got big ass teeth and a lisp in this movie ?” Shit had me 💀
Cool movie reaction
You should do "Waist Deep". That's Another Good 1
You the only one doing a Google length reaction to this film. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
50 said 75 percent of the movie was real because allegedly in that song where 50 cent is talking about the cop getting killed situation , in the streets that’s technically snitching so
lol it’s because 75% is real. He got shot 9x’s but not like that & the cop situation never happened.
@@westfinest20that cop situation did happen you had Bush Sr holding his badge
but he did that song. Its called Ghetto Quran and the hood really called him a snitch for it
First of all it's not snitching, nobody went to jail
In the movie they make it seem like the shooting of the officer and the shooting of 50 Cent happened like a week apart but in reality the cop shooting happened in 1988 and 50 talked about it in the song in the early 2000's, it wasn't nothing new to anyone who knew what he was talking about and the rest were just listening to the song having no idea what he's talking about lol
This movie and "Blood in Blood Out" are 2 of my favorite Gangsta flicks... My favorite trilogy is "Unbreakable", "Split", and "Glass". They're intriguing, sad, and inspiring; if you haven't seen em yet.
FACTS
you got to watch the other 50 cent movie called Before I Self Destruct
Gotta check out the sixth man starrin marlon wayans
This based off his beef with supreme. Since supreme was the last person to see his mom alive.
You should do all things fall apart it’s another 50 cent movie love the content
My favorite movie of all time
❤❤❤
20:00 Lmao.. Yo, is that ..Dushane from 'Top Boy'?! 😅
This movie is a semi-autobiographical film. Which means many of the events are based on facts, but overall it’s factionalized and often sensationalized for the purpose of entertainment. 50 Cent whose real name is Curtis Jackson even had the name Marcus in the movie.
There are many examples of celebrities telling these fictionalized accounts of their lives: Eminem (8 Mile), Mariah (Glitter), Richard Pryor (Jo Jo Dancer). Most of these movies didn’t do well critically or financially. These movies are just made to inform the public in an artistically convenient way.
I actually saw this in the theaters and none of the homies wanted to see this with me. I was stationed in Guam, and figured I would go see this the night before I had to get back on shift. Man, that theater was empty.😢😅
@@roselynholloway7863 not anymore

Jackson
But they don't talk no more
The scene of 50 cent driving down a country road was shot in wicklow bray, ireland
Enjoyed your reaction! BTW, you're Beautiful af! 😍
Shady is Eminem aftermath is dr Dre beautiful Eminem signed 50 Dre signed Eminem so yeah those companies were both backing the film
You should react to 50's 2009 self-directed movie *Before I Self Destruct* named after his Platinum 09' album.
You gotta watch 187 babe. Classic😊
Excellent
Interscope - run by Jimmy Ivine
Shady - run by Eminem
Aftermath - run by Dr.Dre
You should watch the wood movie and fresh 1994
Interscope,Shady Records and Aftermath are Music Labels
Majestic was based on Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff, and I don't think that people get that Dangerous was based on Ja Rule. With the exception of a few Names and certain details being altered, this is pretty much 50's life before the Fame and Fortune.
I think they should've shown the beef between 50 and Ja in the movie, cuz in the movie it just looks like he's some background character while in reality that was where majority of the beef happened, it was between these two and none of it was shown, they could've shown how was 50 stabbed after he stole Ja's chain and recorded Lifes on the line with it being shown in the video.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
The driving Cat edit had me dead asf
then you watch raising kakan & everything changes 😅😅😅
we need some vlogs
