Yeah most people click on rush hour reactions to watch the bloopers lol First time youtube recommended me this channel and I wont be back cause "I'm good"
3 parts of this movie that really make me crack up laughing are: 1. When Carter starts dancing like Michael Jackson in the middle of the street after blowing the car up 2. When Lee and Carter are bonding and practicing disarming techniques while Edwin Starr's song "War" plays in the background 3. When Carter says "I know that ain't the bomb. Get that bomb away from me!!" towards the end
And trust me, the blooper reels for the remaining two movies are just as funny when it comes to the slip-ups with the dialogue. Also, RIP to Elizabeth Peña (Johnson) and Tom Wilkinson (Jun Tao)
"Chris tucker, Carter, Im sorry I keep calling him by his real name." Dont feel bad. Chris Tucker did it too in Rush Hour 2 to jackie. You gotta watch the outtakes. "HIS NAME IS LEE DAMMIT' LOL
I'm not sure anyone knows this piece of history, but that part on 3:00 "Last day of British rule", Hong Kong used to be ruled by the British for 156 years until July 1st 1997, which is when the start of this movie takes place, even though this movie was released in February 1998. See, Hong Kong was established as a special administrative region of China (SAR) for 50 years, maintaining its own economic and governing systems from those of mainland China during this time, but that all changed when the central government in Beijing increased its influence after the passing of the Hong Kong national security law in 2020

When Chris blew up thw car and started dancing is a Michael Jackson reference which actually landed them as friends since Mike said. "You kicked with the wrong leg"
Rush Hour was almost starring Jackie Chan Martin Lawrence or Chris Rock before Chris Tucker. Martin had Jackie on his Christmas episode 'Scrooge' trying to find Sheneneh for some reason, but something happened, and Martin couldn't do it. Then they were looking at Chris Rock, but I believe he couldn't do it because he was doing Lethal Weapon 4, so they got Chris Tucker.
@@ivanivez7456 Is 'Holy Man' Eddie Murphy's 'Wild Wild West' and 'Rush Hour' is his 'Matrix' like how Will Smith was supposed to be in a good movie but did a bad movie (I actually like Holy Man but alot of people didst).
Rush Hour is another favorite movie of mine. My two favorite scenes are when Carter is arguing with Chen & Carter faces off against Sang (Sweet & Sour Chicken Ass) 😂😂😂😂 SPIDER GANG ❤️💙🕷️🕸️
Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker have such good chemistry togther and Jackie Chans stunts are still some of my fav he’s adorable died on some of em many times check out some of his older movies or behind the scenes stuff it’s wild.
If you want more of jackie chan's movies, you have the Police Story series. I've watch 2 of them and... Wow Elizabeth Pena aka Jezabel in Jacob's Ladder with Tim Robbins ❤
I was introduced to Rush Hour movies through my dad at around 6 who put me on to Bruce Lee movies when I was studying Taekwondo; he told me that Jackie Chan was an extra & stuntman in some of the movies(Fist of Fury/The Chinese Connection & Enter the Dragon) we watched which blew mind as a kid 😄 and as much as I loved Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan was a lot more fun to watch 🤷🏾♂️🤣🤣🤣
Hey girl, I feel you on that WB hate. A while back they deactivated a TON of their digital codes library without warning. People buying Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings 4K and Blu-ray sets were livid. So many more titles, but those are two of the biggest, and It’s still a problem. Who tf does that ?
The fact that Jackie Chan didnt fully understand what he was saying in english makes this hilarious 😂. They had my man say the N word lol😂 I have the video cassette. Yeah I'm that old. Jackie asked his coordinator " so what did I say that starts the fight? " 😂😂😂😂
You put your finger on the secret of Jackie Chan's appeal -- he looks scared, as if he's not sure he can do it. All other martial artists are ultra-serious and know no fear. Also, all of their moves are precise and artistic. Jackie makes a weapon of anything handy and his moves aren't artistic at all, but he gets the job done. If you want to see the greatest of all martial-arts movies of the traditional kind, check out Bruce Lee's last movie, Enter the Dragon (1973).
SIDENOTE: PLEASE REVIEW THE 80S CLASSIC MOVIE 🎬 " BREAKIN 2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO " & " THE LAST DRAGON" You won't be disappointed. Movie from my youth that never gets old. It's an early Hiphop cul classic....
these movies were made right after the 90s riots so race tensions between asians and blacks were at a all time high, this movie came out to help show that it is "possible" for "healthy racism" as some have put it. grant it, its also part of the early 2000's comedy but still. also jackie chan didnt speak english when he came to america for this movie, most of his lines he didnt understand.
When this came out jacky chan didn't speak English well,so the first scene whith chan getting off the plane and Chris said do you understand the words that are coming out of my moth were an adlib by Chris Tucker that was funny and worked perfectly so the director kept it in.

You know, the reason why Chris Tucker was dancing like Michael Jackson in this movie and in Friday is bc he was friends with him before Michael passed
Of course he was friend with him before he passed.
Just so you know, watching the bloopers is one of the most important parts of watching Rush hour

" I'm no punk bitch " greatest line ever 😂
"I'm no punk bitch neither"
Can't believe I overlooked that line the first time watching it. 😁
I ain't no punk bitch either!😂
Loved the reaction. The pairing of Jackie and Chris was comedy gold. Can’t wait to see your reactions of 2 and 3
Romeo Must Die staring AALIYAH (R I.P) and Jet Li along w/ alot of other allstars is a must see !
❤
Yesss Romeo Must Die is such a slept on movie. It deserves so much more attention.
Rush hour came out in 1998 and don't feel bad you haven't seen it in the past it's great you're experiencing it for the first time
Okay... de-tangling her hair at the very end of the movie was the sweetest thing ;D Hearing her thoughts
When Chris blew up thw car and started dancing is a Michael Jackson reference which actually landed them as friends since Mike said. "You kicked with the wrong leg"
“Are you listening to the words that are coming outta ma mouth” is one of my favourite lines in a comedy 😭
RIP Elizabeth Peña.
Gone too soon.
1959-2014.
Ah, you should have reacted to all of the bloopers! It makes the reaction to the Rush Hour series feel more complete that way.
This was my childhood and all 3 movies are so hilarious. I think I heard a 4th one is coming out too!
The bloopers best part on all the rush hour movies
🤣🤣🤣😂 Bruce Lee isn’t only skinnier, he died 50 yrs ago

And Jackie had said disgrace himself 😂😂
You have to watch all three. It's very rare that all three movies of a series are bangers👍🏼
1:00 "if it's bruce lee", bruce lee DIED in 1973
I didn’t know the exact year he died.
Classic movies, all three of them! Their connection is fantastic in all three movies!

Underrated moment, when Chris Tucker gets kicked in the face out of nowhere. That shit kills me to this day it was so fast 😂
You missed the bloopers which are an essential part to any Jackie Chan movie
Didn’t miss them, just didn’t watch them on screen.
Yep it's Chris Tucker & Jackie Chan and The first Rush Hour Came out in 1998 Bruce Lee passed away 25 years before this movie ever made and came out
The Lethal weapon franchise is probably the best buddy cop franchise as a whole
Bruce Lee? Bruh been dead since 1973 you probably meant Jet Li close enough though 😂😂
The Rush Hour movies are well known for their bloopers.
nah you don't stop the bloopers

Jackie Chan trained with Bruce Lee for a little while
Them bloopers classic
This was a dope trilogy too. Rush Hour and Bad Boys are probably my top two buddy cop movies.
Every Jackie Chan movie has bloopers.
Wow, that hurt stopping in the middle of the bloopers. man.
Enjoyed the rest of the reaction. got a new sub here.
Thanks for the sub! And no worries, they chewed me out so I watched it in the next ones lol

I enjoy your take on these reviews.... plus your hair is very beautiful. No cap
Ngl I almost got a lil offended when didn’t know who Jackie Chan was 😂
Let's go ❤ the jokes I this film would never fly in today's movies 😂
I been a rush hour fan for years
Rush Hour 2 is even better
"Freeze" is one thing you can yell in English that means don't move. Other languages aren't that different.
Carter said, "I've disgraced myself" on the plane scene.
Jealous you get to see it for the first time 😂. One of the greats for sure
You seem like a fun person to kick it with

I look at the Rush Hour series more like a fun corny version of the Bad Boys series.
one of my favorite Jackie Chan movies is THE BIG BRAWL its one of his older ones but good
One of the greatest trilogies of all time.
Jackie Chan is a goat 🐐 it always amazes me that he does his own stunts in every film he’s ever done.
