Loved the outdoor podcast. Petals falling from the tree, sunshine, great conversation, great knitting and yarn and stuff....and the brushcutter/mower in the background was hilarious!
Your joy at the falling petals is the best! Here in Portland we have what I call falling petal season. Under some trees drifts of beautiful pink petals accumulate and it is stunning. Thanks for the gift of laughter in addition to sharing your love of knitting.
Love, love, love when you guys take it outside. So lovely with the breeze blowing, the blooms dropping and hearing the wind chimes in the background. And all the shenanigans! Thanks for all the smiles! Have a wonderful couple of weeks!
Congratulations to your son!!! My son is a fireman/ParaMedic and watching him train and work and study - it never ends! I am very proud of him as I can see you are proud of yours!!
When the lawn guy started, you had some sweet birds singing away near the mic. It was so adorable. Glad all is well. Thanks for my dose of Alberta -- miss it!
I love your yard!!! Shawls and socks are my favorite thing to knit. Love the hipster. I'm getting that color. Also love the bags. Ordering one now! Fun watching you guys.
Hi GG! I love you, your backyard and your energy! I've been watching your podcast for months and today you've filled my day with colours and laughs and I needed it. Than you I'm from Milan, but I'm living in London and today it's November not May!!!!!
Jodie! I was re-watching the petals falling just to be inspired by the magicalness (is that even a word?) of it.....I think at about minute 22:41 or so, A PINK BUTTERFLY lands in your hair and flits there for a while....unless it is just a pink petal....but check it out! And...oh my!...you girls are so cute with your reactions to the petals, at the exact same moment! Jodi covering her mouth so demurely like a little girl stiffling a big burst of laughter; and Tracie giggles and comments on it! It has to be my most favorite moment with you girls! Just magical!
You two just crack me up with your sisterly love, and your humor and quick wit! And I love that your parents support you all the way, wear your pins at the grocery, cheer you on, etc.! That your dad knows far too much about your va j j ! Omg! :D I'm so jealous of all of that yarn! I need some yarn infusions into my stash! Do I have to get my own podcast going to do so?! :D You girls playing off of each other is what makes it such a smash hit. I could not pull that off all alone. Guess I'll just keep on crocheting and laughing with you girls as you flash your stash at me! And Jodi! Those bags you make! Gorgeous! Love the Mary Kay pink one with the black to make it POP! Wow! You have motivated me to get my own enamel pins and have some coffee mugs designed! Wish I were made of $$....cuz I never have enough yarn! Do you?! And now I need pins and mugs! I am also about out of my labels I sew into my creations, so that is another expense/monkey on my back! I'm going to have to quit watching you, so I can get more stitching done! I look away too much to see your yarn flashes and fo's! And just your orneriness...I have to see your faces and expressions. You are just too funny, you two! Love you both!
So much fun!!! Love the outside. We just did an episode outside and it's fun to switch it up a bit. The lawnmower had me cracking up. Beautiful knitting and thanks for always entertaining me!!!! Keep doing what you're doing ladies :)
Jodi your shawl is really pretty. Stitch together yarn to die for. What a great podcast outside perfect. The direction of showing new makers instead of focusing on the same people will keep it fresh and give everyone a chance of being heard. BrambleKnits 🇨🇦
I stopped watching and ordered your pin!!! So happy that they were not already sold out. Now back to casting off my Westknits Dotted Rays and finish watching the video! Love you girls!
Hello from Michigan, USA. I like the yarn you showed near the end of the podcast. Would like to see the yarn worked up in one of the patterns you spoke of. Girls your very refreshing to watch. Looking forward to your next podcast.
I got the same size bag from Amy Beth but different pattern at Needles Up Maryland. I also got one of her glittery squirrel pins. I got a Mrs. Browns bag first through your Etsy shop. Love a well made bag. Enjoy your beautiful weather.
Always a joy to watch your podcasts. Nice to see you outside in the sunshine under your pretty crab apple tree...cherry blossom tree🤔 You are both so knowledgeable and talented.
Hello Grocery Girls!!! I am doing my happy dance and I peed my pants, I mean shorts laughing so hard....you lovely and beautiful girls make me so happy. ❤
Oh what fun and treat for the middle of the week as the thick fog rolls onto our property here on Nova Scotia oceanfront. Love the idea of checking out new designers!
Great to see you both enjoying the beautiful weather! I just received my first Mrs. Brown Bag last week and absolutely love it! Will be taking it for my project bag on vacation in June...thank you both for your enthusiasm and love of all things knitting 💚
I always enjoy pod cast!! Thanks for the heads up on the shipping of your bags, as I just ordered a bucket. I will be using it for the Beekeepers Cardigan, which starts July 1.
Your outside backdrop was a beautiful choice ladies!!! I think all of us Canadians were done with the long winter.. and in Ontario, a crappy spring!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
TheRawfoodgardener During a sojourn in England I spent a glorious, unusually warm and sunny May being awed by the storm of petals falling from four gorgeous trees blossoming in our rental houses garden. From the upstairs window it was so lovely to sit with a cup of tea and watch them blow and flutter down in the breeze. The ground looked like snowfall...white and pale pink petals everywhere, and they smelled wonderful. Just heavenly! I will also mention that Spring bulbs came up and blossom everywhere too...the British know how to garden! May is the most gorgeous flowering month. Followed in June by shops putting out hanging baskets everywhere to beautify lots of small towns...who actually compete to win an award. It makes the visual landscape look so very pretty.
Just picking up before bed here. Lovely to have your company while i try to locate the floor under all my son's stuff!! All essential bits of rubbish of course!!
Queen Elizabeth II is 92 years old - same as my mum. Prince Philip is 97 years old. We have got the same weather as you at the moment in the UK. It is weird and everybody is going made in the garden to try and catch up with the growing season. Even the birds have been trying to catch up with nesting.
The can with pennies works well. At least it did when our Doberman was a puppy. I didn't throw it at him. Instead, I shook it at him. That way he knew I am the boss, not the can. After a few times doing this, if he acted up, all I did was grab up the can and he knew. . .and ran! I loved Meghan's wedding dress, the elegant simplicity of it.
Jodi, I agree with Tracie about going to a GYN. The same thing happened to me. It turned out to be multiple benign fibroid tumors that kept growing and caused 20 day periods. They eventually hemorrhaged so bad that a hysterectomy finally gave me relief from pain and fatigue.
Same thing here. After I fainted from so much blood loss, it was time to figure it out. The doctor did an endometrial ablation which is way less invasive than a hysterectomy if you’re a candidate for it.
Love your podcast outside. You are both so beautiful and love watching you. Tracie your sweater is really looking wonderful. I have to start that when it gets on Ravelry. Thanks so much !!!
Tracy, Knitted sweater with the 3 skeins you showed at the end of the pod cast that you ordered from stiches and use your rose gold leftovers for cuffs neck band and waistband.
Love that you filmed outside, it's beautiful! Oh and both of you guys have such gorgeous skin, tell us all your secrets😍loving the podcast as always 💖💖
I love your podcast and would love to own one of your pins. I have only just discovered this new hobby of pin collecting 😂. But Edmonton is along way from the UK. Xx
Strongly recommend against penny shake can. If it feels mean, it probably is - better for your relationship with your pup to manage the situation by preventing access to things she shouldn’t have. Thanks for a great podcast!
I'm a music teacher who works with sound equipment quite a bit, and I'm pretty sure your "man-on-the-street" mic wasn't working or wasn't plugged in correctly. The sound was very quiet throughout the podcast, and even when you picked up the mic and talked directly into it, your voices didn't get any louder.
I got lucky and found a great hair dresser at Great Clips. $16.00 and she cuts my hair exactly the way I want. Nice show, girls! I was waiting to hear Jodi yell "hey neighbor, we are podcasting!!!"
Knitting while listening to you girls is soo relaxing! Thank you for this excellent podcast :)
Loved the outdoor podcast. Petals falling from the tree, sunshine, great conversation, great knitting and yarn and stuff....and the brushcutter/mower in the background was hilarious!

This is my all-time favorite channel!!! I just laugh and laugh every time! I feel like y'all are my BFF's!
thanks for showing the back of your colorwork!! so helpful! :)
Ok, this is one of your best shows...casual, fun, and informative...well done...
Love, love, love when you guys take it outside. So lovely with the breeze blowing, the blooms dropping and hearing the wind chimes in the background. And all the shenanigans! Thanks for all the smiles! Have a wonderful couple of weeks!
Congratulations to Jackson 🤗 on his hard work and determination! Tough profession!!
Congratulations to your son!!! My son is a fireman/ParaMedic and watching him train and work and study - it never ends! I am very proud of him as I can see you are proud of yours!!
I really love the Hipster shawls, I think I’m gonna knit one. I also like the outdoor podcast!!! Thanks for sharing ❤️❤️
OMG....so funny, I'm on my deck watching you and a neighbor started to mow his lawn.......bwahaha. Love the crochet bags!!!

OMG. The lawn guy. I am crying from laughing. :) Love you girls!

The lawn mowing was hilarious, you girls plowed through. Love it 😂💟

LOVE YOU GALS SOOOO MUCH!!! THANKS FOR PODCASTING!
The pink petals falling makes a magical effect on the episode! Thanks for doing it outside 😍

Love all the finished objects and those gorgeous socks. Great location too!

The Sweet Fiber yarn colors match the tree in your back drop perfectly.

I always enjoy pod cast!! Thanks for the heads up on the shipping of your bags, as I just ordered a bucket. I will be using it for the Beekeepers Cardigan, which starts July 1.
I laughed so hard when the weedwacker stopped and then you apologized for crinkling the yarn packaging. Perspective ladies, perspective 🤣

TheRawfoodgardener it was so dreamy!
My knitting gurus with beautiful petals raining down on them, I feel like I am at some sort of knitting ashram and it’s fabulous
My Jodi shawl is my absolute favorite, I knit it with merino singles held double, so WARM. And it literally flew= took less than 5 days to knit.
JODIE! The floats on the inside of your sweater are beautiful!
OMG that Jodi shawl is so beautiful!!!
You guys are totally crazy! But I just love your podcasts! Mrs. Brown's bags are beautiful!! See you in the next podcast!
Love the colors of your Jodi shawl! I have yarn to do mine. Hope to have it done for knit city
I am getting caught up on my knitting podcast, but Tracie I love the sock you designed!! I want to knit it! :D I love Chiagoo Needles as well!
Great video!! I'm inspired to get my wool out and knit the shawl I've been wanting.
Best hair colour ever Jodi!
It would take me a year to do a sweater, you girls have awesome work.
Just bought the Jodi and Tracy shawl! Might try to dye my own yarn for them!
Love you girls!
Love you sisters!
I have the humulus pattern and I have not bought any yarn yet but I’m looking forward of knitting it .
Just picking up before bed here. Lovely to have your company while i try to locate the floor under all my son's stuff!! All essential bits of rubbish of course!!
The hand dyed. Mohair is gorgeous! I live in San Diego! There is literally only one day a year I could wear mohair.

Love your podcast outside. You are both so beautiful and love watching you. Tracie your sweater is really looking wonderful. I have to start that when it gets on Ravelry. Thanks so much !!!
Tracy,
Knitted sweater with the 3 skeins you showed at the end of the pod cast that you ordered from stiches and use your rose gold leftovers for cuffs neck band and waistband.
Too funny at the end!!! I expected you to yell “Hey neighbour (insert name here) we are podcasting” - just like Jodi always yells at Georgia!!!
Jodi...your hair looks great! I love the lighter colour too...
I kept expecting Jodi to yell at the lawn mower: "Georgia!!! We're podcasting!!!"
I have a cherry tree in my back yard. I call it pink snow!
Hi ladies, the Queen is 92 years old. Same as my Grandma :) xxx
Luv the colors of your Jody shawl

I never had a problem hearing the podcast.
I can hear it, but I have to turn my computer volume up quite a bit.
I could barely hear it and I gave up in a he end 🙁
It was hard to hear. Earbuds.
I didn't have any issues listening on my TV either.
I got lucky and found a great hair dresser at Great Clips. $16.00 and she cuts my hair exactly the way I want. Nice show, girls! I was waiting to hear Jodi yell "hey neighbor, we are podcasting!!!"
Jodi, your hair looks great!
I'm knitting humulus in acrylic (I live in florida) in lavender with darker purple. Woohoo soft and squishy.
