This is what I had observed when we asked for justice on questioning against illegal sand mafia in my locality :- . .. honestly speaking: let me tell u few facts ,the district collector will be chairperson for sand monitoring committee ,when we approached him for justice, he said that soo much of pressure on his head from politicians not to intervene in these Matters ..soo called DM he personally told me not to interfere in this matter because of high politicians were involved in this mafia ... literally i realised on that day ..DM acting against to his professional ethics,he became like slave to politician ... then with immediate effect ,I quit upsc preparation joined in law... I'm happy to choose organ of judiciary rather than executive....!!!

Sir, I’m Renu Nahar of 50 years old and completed my LLB in 2021 and now waiting for my LLM final degree result and start my practising in district court but sir I am facing my problems due to spoken English because I want to practice in high court but not able to do so. Now the fresher children do all this confidently and I’m facing lots of problems due to English and less knowledge of technology. Sir please suggest me how can I overcome from all these hurdles and confidently do my work. I want to become a good B lawyer and independent confident person in my life. When I was married in the age of 20,I was only 12th pass but I do BA , MA and after that B .Ed and got the govt school teacher job by competitive exam but due to family problem not able to continued my job but at the age of 45 , change my mind and start my career again when my children grown . Many time feel disappointed but boost myself by listening your motivational videos

I want to pursue my career in corporate and want to join big 4 or any other company. If i enrolled my self BCI clear AIBE exam then how can i join any company?? Bcz as an advocate i can only pursue my career in litigation Please guide me
As far as I know on obtaining Sanad I. e. the licence to practice as an Advocate from Bar Council the person cannot take any job as an employee or conduct any business. So if you want to join corporate as an employee you may not be permitted to practice law as an Advocate. If you join the company as an employee after obtaining Sanad, then you will have to keep your Sanad suspended by informing the Bar Council. But please confirm from the rules applicable to you in your area from the office of Bar Council. Best regards for your future.🎉

Sir mera requitment process me Document verification ho gya ha September 2022 me abhi aprrox 11 mahine ho gye par humara final result staff selection board daman final result nhi de rha hai or hum officers se milte hai to bolte hai aap dusri tyari kriye ye to cancel ho sakti hai please suggest sir ki me court case kar sakta hu kya or advertisement 2019 me published hua tha exam 2021 me
Mere khyal se is paristhiti mein aapko ismein koi Adhikar nahin hai. Court mein jakar koi fayda nahin hoga. Fir bhi aap chahe to kisi vakil se milkar paraamarsh kar le.
