- Here is the unboxing, assembly (build?), and two flights of the Estes outlaw. It comes out of the box with everything done, other than making a couple knots. Flew great, easy to fit the chute in with the larger diameter main body tube.
Ive learned that crepe paper is fire retardant, and works great for model rockets, and way cheaper than that wadding that they sell for this. A whole roll of crepe paper was about $1, and will last for ALOT of rocket launches.

It’s a ready to fly kit. You can still get the complicated ones. These are just the ones for people who don’t have a lot of time or just don’t wanna have to do much work.
