- me and tony head south west of our hometown to rescue a 77' ford mustang II from a abandone farm ... the car been sitting for 25 years after the clutch went out . the family that owned the car lost her husband and the car was just left on a cement slab on a old farmstead ... the property was being clean up so they could sell the house and property and the car was listed my the internet. so tony and i talked about it and decided to save the car from certain crushing at a salvage yard .. we figured it would make a great video for everyone and let's try to get this thing running and driving after 25 years, this is gonna be a 2 part video.. first part saving the car second part will it run and drive.. so be sure to subscribe to see what happens to this old mouse stand... our email is H1971elcamino@yahoo.com

fun lil project herb
thanks mark👍
Enjoyed the video, I like seeing all the old familiar sites when you're out on the road, used to work kitty corner at Roese's, and that used to be my favorite carwash, used to go there every Friday after work, still have a few things to do before I set the s10 down on all 4's, I'm taking my time on this one but I want it done right, no corners cut!! Like I said, you're more than welcome to stop by ,if the big door is up I'm in there 👍
awsone man i'm sure i'll catch you out there sometime my friend👍
Nice little project
yup lots of cleaning lol
Have always been a fan of the 'mini' Mustangs. One of my bucket list cars honestly. Know guys who have done some very cool things with theirs. Lawnmower.....I still have to get the snow blower conditioned and put away!! The worst part of a job like this is the clean-up. Look forward to seeing part 2. Be safe and stay well.
thanks brian much appiated my friend👍
Definitely gonna need some cleaning and TLC but would be a nice little car when done
I agree!!
Hey Michigan. Now that's a cool ride to find. That should be a good project for you guys to work on.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys do with it. Thanks for sharing.👍👍🍁
Thanks 👍
Nice project. I had a 76 for a while with a 200 in-line six automatic on the floor. It was a project and I sold it to a kid and now it sets at his moms place slowly rotting there instead of in my yard. Lol
I might have been more interested in it if it would have been the five point O with a four speed. Good luck with it. I can't wait to see where you take this one.
thanks my friend 👍
I had the same car same color with a cage and big block 429 back in the 90,s sold it before I got to drive it
there was one in port huron also big tire dark blue
The sport, side view mirrors, are worth $100.
thanks 👍
nice thanks buddy i appreciate it, cool old car..👍
Nice old "Moustang " as you called it . 😂😂If the engine won't run you can always go to Harbor Freight and drop a Predator 420 cc in it . Make it chain drive with a few jack shafts and a sprocket drive rear in it . 🤣😂😉 Would be almost as fast as new . I liked the old Mustang II cobras .
yeah....
People love to bash on these cars. I personally like them. I feel like they just got a lot of bad press.
There is a lot of potential. There’s a fun little car waiting to be built there. They are lot, and with a nice small block……
it's not my kind of car , but i sure think it's cool find for sure, but i've seen them built as race cars and they run .. any old 70' s cars are worth saving in my book ✌️👍
I think people just compared them to previous Mustangs. I never really heard anything bad about any of them.
You might be the world's biggest optimist :)
maybe, but anything is possible 👍
12:35 I used to live on "beech st" in Ecorse. It was spelled "Beach" though. :)
nice area over that way by clare mi, 👍
@@MMCGRACING Lot of people don't realize what a pretty state Michigan is. Of course, you have some wonky parts too.
@lefttea i agree 💯 my friend
Be a good car again with a small block Chevy 😂😂😂
