Such an unique crazy band!!! So different now i know why my son loves them. My son used to sit me down and listen to their catalog. Part Zappa part Tragically Hip, he reminds me Gordie Downie the way he moves around on stage. That was fantastic! Awesome reaction Rory and thank you Liz for this awesome request 😊💓🤘✌️
6:36 The way he moves in that video was very characteristic of him, in fact they put him in the original intro of South Park dancing like that (he made the song for the intro too).
Loved the reaction, Rory! You really need to check out Primus' official video of Wynona's Big Brown Beaver. The tune is fire but the video is hilarious! Their goofy costumes prevented them from being able to play their instruments at normal speed so they slowed the audio/video down when they recorded it so they could play then sped it up to normal speed on playback.
This video cuts the part where Les Claypool plays "The Star-Spangled Banner". A homage to Jimi Hendrix who played it at Woodstock in 1969. You can see the full version here: ruclips.net/video/RlGcoeZOxJg/видео.html
I would like to give sincere praise and support, hoping that the channel will be successful as it gradually develops and runs hard toward its dreams. Thank you for watching the video you made with passion and great effort. Thanks to the algorithm, your video caught my eye, and thanks to it, my heart was filled with beautiful and good energy. You have a wonderful talent full of strange charm that looks at your video like a dream. I respect and support the excellence of your sensibility. Your video really touched my heart and is the best. Positive energy flows through the video, so please make more good videos in the future.
In the METALLICA/ SOME KIND OF MONSTER DVD, they said that Les Claypool auditioned to be their bass player, and they told him He was too good for them. HE IS A VERY ORIGINAL, GREAT BASS PLAYER
I'm so excited Liz requested this song so you can enjoy them and yes Les Claypool is a character you nailed that!!! I love the beggining "Yes we are Primus and we do suck" Les is so very talented and we can't forget Ler the lead guitarist then the drummer Tim Herb Alexander the whole band is brilliant!!! It's so great you are a fan so remember "Primus Sucks" since your a true fan now and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them on here. If you get around to it there's a video of Les Claypool, Todd Huth on lead guitar with Tim Herb Alexander on drums playing a song by King Crimson called Thela hun ginjeet at 2002 Bonnaro Festival and it's amazing you'll be entertained I'm sure of it 😊 ....glad you enjoyed this. Hi Nola 🐾 she's a pretty girl being good for her daddy so sweet and we want more videos of her...please❤
Correct title is "Those Damned Blue-Collar Tweekers" - not "Two Collar"...makes more sense, right? It's all over the internet with the wrong title, not sure why.
Man, with the way you're enjoying Primus, I'll be damned if you woudn't like Fishbone. Even if these two bands are superficially related to their Californian origins, both of them have a crazy frontman (Angelo Moore for Fishbone) and a fantastic rhythm section (Philip Fisher on drums and Norwood Fisher on bass). And both of them put a helluva show on stage. Here's some cool examples of what they're about : ruclips.net/video/e9cZDnRWamY/видео.html ruclips.net/video/0MEI3UTnp-4/видео.html ruclips.net/video/2TLeOXlCz3g/видео.html ruclips.net/video/59_FivvLXgA/видео.html Edit : Since you also like Mister Z, here's a French delicacy you can dive into : Raoul Petite (this band name comes from misheard lyrics from a Zappa song). They're somewhat Fishbone's French cousins : ruclips.net/video/uthPzY_LUpk/видео.html ruclips.net/video/cmXNXJ2J7rc/видео.html
