I wonder how much incentive the builder pays you to push their products, on top of your commission. Just a month ago you were telling people that price were rock bottom and they needed to move quick, now builders are cutting prices because they know they are over priced and highly inflated. You should be educating people, not taking advantage of their lack of knowledge just so you can get paid and putting people in homes that are over priced. The people that are buying now are only going to get hurt as prices are going to continue to drop. People, if you wait, the builders will continue to cut price making it more affordable to to where you get more sqft at a lower cost.
He's a marketing guy. That's what they do...push products and direct you to the sales staff. In all cases, it's buyer beware. Ask questions, do your homework. Lots are often not included, flooding, HOA's, MUD's, taxes will go up, these places are often far out. New home are addictive.
Stop crying. You should be doing the research yourself. It’s all about the money at the end of the day. It’s their job to market so they can feed their family. No one is forcing you to come out of your pockets for anything
I knew this area looked familiar I bought a house down the road from Artavia and I love this area! I Iove the trees and tranquil country setting! Plenty places to eat and shop I love the fact it so close to Woodlands, Conroe, and Humble! If I ever decide to sell where im at Artavia is the 1st place, I'd look!
The water heater in the attic is not a good thing My water heater is in my garage so if it bursts and which it did bust before The water just ran out the garage not doing any damage to the house.
@@beeblack2210 Water heaters and hot water lines in attic is not uncommon in TX. I had a failure and it flooded my entire house while I was out of town.
a lot of them can add them in and you do see them on a lot of homes but some not to bring the cost down and they are not used as much here. is that a deal killer for you?
House 1 the living room is too small. I prefer house 2 floorplan over house 1, but I am not a fan of the stained cabinets. I still like white or colored cabinets. No tub in the master would be a deal breaker for me.
yes all these will have an HOA especially with all the amenities. but we do know great areas without HOA is that what you are more interested in seeing?
@@BrutusPalmeira hoa in these areas will go about $1000. Plus taxes will increase each year making the home harder to afford. That's why home prices need to continue to fall way more. You might be able to afford it today, but 1-2 years from now, might be harder. Be patient and wait for home prices to drop even more. This will help make the home more affordable, even if taxes go up slightly.
Weird entrance. Cabinets dont go to ceiling and are an unattractive color. Weird office incredibly long closet. Why not make sliding door closet instead of that long closet. And the yards are tiny. And this is coming from someone living in a suburb of metro NYC area! 7:33 in and I am moving on.
Was looking at this community last night!!! Thanks for making this video today!!!!
you bet! can we help you in any way? reach out to us we can go over the area with you privately on zoom to help with any questions of the areas!

This ain’t Las Vegas, it’s texas. I don’t want to be that close to my neighbors.
