I always thought you had to balance each chemical before you added another. So, you are saying it is alright to add all chemicals at once?

Good evening, if you're doing this every week on the same day and time and you're really keeping up with it I think you will find the adjustments to be minimal. You really won't need to add a lot and it really won't matter. Now, I wouldn't add them at the exact time but a minute or two apart is fine for small adjustments. Hope this helps!

How long do you wait to actually use the hot tub after doing this?

Good evening, I would suggest waiting 4-6 hours after adding chemicals. Hope this helps!

Will the total chlorine typically be higher in a frog system? My free chlorine is always around .68ppm but total always seem to be ~3ppm w/ the frog system. The local (national chain) is always telling me to super chlorinate (using dichlor) the water to break up chlorine. Any advice?

Good morning, remember that the @ease system by design should be between 8-1ppm as it's using SmartChlor or in short trichlor. SmartChlor is just a fancy name for trichlor. You need @ease test strips to truly read such a small amount unless you have a meter. There's a difference between traditional dichlor which see you in hot tubs and trichlor which you normally see more in pools. The key difference between trichlor and dichlor is that the Trichlor TCCA (or trichloro-s-triazinetrione) is a dry solid compound having the highest possible chlorine content (around 90%) whereas, the Dichlor SDIC (or dichloro-s-triazinetrione) is available as its dihydrate form or the granular form with 56% to 60%. Since the @ease has mastered how to use trichlor in a hot tub we can now keep chlorine levels at 1ppm which is awesome! You shouldn't have to use dichlor. I would suggest opening up the cartridge a little bit further. Quiet frankly our customers love the @ease system because the chlorine levels are so low. Hope this helps!

If I’m using my hot tub every night, how should I use the oxidizer as you suggest only use 1 tbl spoon 3 times/week? Just use it Monday, Wednesday and Friday , for example?

Good afternoon, 1 tbsp after each use but no more than 2 or 3 a week. So it that scenario one after each use Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Hope this helps!
