Dude, you are a real asset to the industry. I imagine the effort you put into these videos is enjoyed by Sundance Dealers all over the US and Canada.
If I'm ever in Atlanta, I'm buying some Chlorine or something from your shop. I feel almost guilty not giving you any business because I'm up here in Canada. Good salespeople and evangelists for brands are a rare breed. Great work sir!

How far back was the non-moving part jet (fluidix) introduced, I’m reading mid 09 for 880, but can’t find anything on 780? I’m interested in a new one but I can’t afford it, so now I’m looking into refurbished but Fluidix is a must since I like how reliable it is. I guess I can sacrifice on smartub, and I don’t know when that existed also.

Greetings! The Fluidix jetting system has its roots in the mid-90s with the Intelli-Jet. They continued to develop the fluidix jetting system jet by jet. If you want the latest features, it's wise to steer clear of a 15-20 year old Sundance and opt for something closer to around 5-10 years old instead. The SmartTub system, barely four years old, is a game-changer compared to older Wi-Fi systems. Although they do offer basic functionalities like turning jets and lights on and off, numerous features are exclusively available on SmartTub such as chemical monitoring and self-diagnostics. Hope this helps!

Bi Brian, looking to purchase a 880 series Sundance. Have seen a ton of your videos as i looked at numerous manufactures. You stated the spas are hand rolled, thought that everything was sprayed on. What is the difference TY

Good afternoon, due to modern day technology a lot of manufactures have gone to spraying it on then rolling it as seen on our Sundance Hot Tub SALE PRESENTATION video available in our library. This is the same thing as hand rolled fiberglass self-supporting shell because they're spraying the fiberglass on very thick and then rolling it. This just makes the process faster. Non self-supporting shell is a thin layer of fiberglass chop sprayed on and then flipped over on the base with some type of wood, rubber, or insulation chunks for support. Hope this helps!

Hello Brian , I’m looking to purchase 880 series , can you please let me know If it’s a good option?
Comparatively which one is better ? Jacuzzi 385 or Sundance 880

Good afternoon, the 880 series is really more comparable to the 400 series. More than anything you should feel the jets in both, sit in them wet or dry. Research the dealership you’re buying it from. Make sure the service is done by the dealer and not sub contracted out. That would be my opinion. You’ll know which one is for after going through that process. Hope this helps!

Good afternoon, the 880 series starts off at 12,000 and goes all the way up to 20,000 depending on size. Do you have a specific model in mind? Hope this helps!
