Hello I have a question about my thermospa hot tub. It’s telling us to clean the filters we just put them in a month in half ago. So we take them out clean them with the hose ( don’t know if that is correct) now we noticed our hot tub is blinking blue. It tells us to rinse the filters within 5 days. So I don’t know what we did wrong. Is it’s saying heat suspended? Please help! We did the breakers and tried to reset it. Thank you for you videos!! Please PM me!! 😊

Good afternoon, Thermospa uses a filter cleaner reminder so it's just a timer you have to reset through your topside control. There isn't actually a sensor that detects a dirty filter. You can find how to reset it in your owner's manual found under support on that manufacturer's website. I linked their support website link below. You can find your owners manual there or call them directly to get a copy. Hope this helps!

Do you need to turn the breaker off when you remove the filters to clean?

Good afternoon, I always suggest turning the hot tub off when removing your filter(s) so nothing gets sucked down into the plumbing. Hope this helps!

I see that there are reusable scum balls and others that are a onetime use. Do you recommend against using the reusable scum balls?

Good evening, yes I do. I’ve tried reusable scum balls before and I’ve found they just don’t work as well. Hope this helps!

Good afternoon, In most cases there’s a component that has a short to ground. You’ll have to replace that component most likely. Hope this helps!

Hello, can you tell me if the fluidix jets on a Hamilton should be able to turn off ond on individually? The outside ring on mine does not turn.

    • @atlantahottubcenter

Good afternoon, the smt and st fluidix jets can only be controlled through the air control located to the right of each seat on the bar top. You can also control the pressure of these particular jets through the diverter valves. All other jets can be controlled by the outer collier on the jet itself. Hope this helps!
