Woodturning a walnut cigar ashtray with brass rose engine insert and carved cigar rests

This is a prototype for a series of ashtrays that I want to make for Christmas this year. I think this design will eventually require drilled holes instead of hand-carved holes in order to preserve the symmetry, but I think the initial concept is strong.
