Was that enough food for you on economy? It seemed very little and I still felt hungry. And what about the alcohol? Was there enough servings? I did not see the wine list. That really was economy, wasn't it?
Nice video - thanks. I'll be doing the same route early next year, in the context of a round trip from Manchester to Singapore via Qatar. I've previously flown with Emirates (several times) and once with Singapore Airlines, direct from Heathrow. I wouldn't do that again - 12+ hours is too long for me, I need the short break in the Middle East. It'll be interesting to compare Qatar economy with Emirates and Singapore. My current view is that we thought Emirates was better than Singapore, but there was nothing bad about Singapore (other tha n the duration). When you think about what you're actually achieving - safely travelling thousands of miles in just a few hours - any issues with the food, etc, seem a bit minor.
Thanks for your comment. Yes although it is easier to just hop on one flight but a break is much needed for such a long flight. At least you'll arrive feeling a lot better and clear headed. I think the top 3 airlines are all delivering a good economy product - personally unless it's an appalling experience, otherwise I just keep to myself. Just like you said, it got me there safely and that all it matters 👏🏻👏🏻
I always go for the window because I enjoy the view. But if you go for the bulkhead seat then you have plenty of leg room and easy access to aisle. Don't forget the bulkhead seat lacks storage though so you'll need to put your bag in the overhead compartment. My experience was pretty good overall 😊
OK so based flights I've taken since starting these trip reports, I'd say the recent Emirates economy would be the best one I've experienced. There are many more for me to try out but I think in general, we're seeing airlines losing their touch in the economy product post COVID🤷🏻♂️
We're talking about the top 3 airlines here so it's really hard to say which one is the best. They're all brilliant and if you must pick then probably you could base it on the type of airplane they're flying and the price to make your decision.
Subscribed. Keep up the good work 👍🏻 👏
Awesome, thank you!
Excellent performance and excellent service Qatar airways

It sure was enough carbs 😄😄
Alcohol selection was limited and not on a list. That's economy for you 🤷🏻♂️

How was the seat? I have the same one booked for my next trip? Any disadvantages?
I was undecided between the window and the aisle

Did you pay extra for the bulkhead seat?
Nothing at all! How good was that! 🥳
How much did u pay for the lounge access?
I got access as part of my Oneworld status. You should check online beforehand because sometimes they have promos for discounted entry 👏🏻👏🏻
Hi...you mentioned that QATAR is not the world's Best in the Economy class...So which you think is the Best airline when we talk about ECONOMY...?
OK so based flights I've taken since starting these trip reports, I'd say the recent Emirates economy would be the best one I've experienced.

Nice video! Qatar Airways is great, but not the world’s best. I had better flights on emirates and turkish airlines
Agree! No doubt it's nice, but the best is questionable!
Isn’t it Singapore airlines or Emirates are better in terms of Economy class? Please advice as I am flying the same location soon.
