Once again, just what those of us who have invested so much emotion and love into the Ben/Callum story, wanted to see?? The writers making Callum into a complete prat. Why do they always seem to have to make endings so unpleasant for the fans i.e. the end of Robert and Aaron's epic love story in Emmerdale. That's the end of me watching, it's just not enjoyable!
I honestly don’t understand why soaps do this instead of letting the characters have a happy ending together for example Emmerdale instead of letting Aaron and Robert have a happy ending they send Robert to life in prison. And now after all the ups and downs Ben and Callum had and them to finally get back together like 2 years ago meant honestly nothing
You're spot on, April. We go though all the emotions and ups and downs of relationships, and then, because of the way they end them, it's like the wonderful years when they loved each other mean nothing. It feels like we get kicked in the guts! (And they're basically doing the same with Paul and Billy in Coronation Street ... no idea why they decided to get rid of Paul's character ... I thought he was wonderful?) Cheers, Terry
@@Terry-dl4nf yeah because I don’t understand why they just can’t recast the person because they never had problems with that before because they had recasted Ben 6 different times
@@aprillobez1259 It's funny April because I had thought exactly the same. Firstly, they had no right to get rid of Max, but it would have been better to do a recast rather than forcing us to go through all the drama of their relationship being destroyed. I think with Robert, they were allowing for the possibility of him coming back if he changed his mind, but that's presumably not going to happen in the case of Max. Cheers
@@Terry-dl4nf yeah because am pretty sure down the line Ben is going to come back but as a completely different person. And by the time that happens Callum would already be happy in another relationship because at the end of the day they always end up going back on their word because they said that Johnny would never come back but he ends up coming back as a different person
Poor Callum ❤

@@vampsmythsben is coming back at some point.
I agree put Callum and Johnny will be good together
So i wonder if Callum will divorce Ben like they did with Emmerdale and the whole Robert and Aaron thing.
Callum, Jay, Phil and Lexi went to the restaurant to talk about Ben, who's not coming home after he's arrested on the show!! 😢
Ben will come back in the future, don’t worry 😉
Duh we can see it 🙄
Ben will be back eventually.
Bye bye Ben Mitchell ❤
Bad writing
