  • Hello guys, i will be sharing the recipe of Garlic Prawns with Chili and Olive Oil. One of the best Spanish tapas dish. Easy to make, quick and delicious. You can make it as a starter or as a main course served with warm crusty bread for dipping. So give it a try.
    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    1/2 cup Olive oil (120 ml)
    250 g Peeled, raw prawns
    3 Cloves sliced garlic
    1 tsp Seasoning powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp Fresh chopped parsley
    PROCEDURES
    Wash the prawns, peel off the shell, remove the head.
    To devein the prawns, gently slice down the back, then pull out the little dark vein.
    Peel the garlic, then slice. Chop the parsley.
    Heat the olive oil in a small pan, over medium heat.
    Add garlic, stir until turns light brown.
    Add prawns, seasoning powder, dried chili and salt to taste.
    After a minute, turn into other side.
    Place on terracotta plate or any heat resistant plate.
    Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley.
    Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
