0:49 - ½ teaspoon salt
0:51 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
0:56 - 1 egg
1:03 - 2 tablespoons corn starch
1:25 - 1 cup all purpose flour

3:01 - Some cooking oil
3:09 - Some spring onion
3:19 - 1 cup chicken stock
3:23 - 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
3:27 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
3:30 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
3:38 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
3:41 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar
3:56 - ½ cup water
3:59 - 1 tablespoon corn starch

Boiled chicken and toast the flour like bechamel, then add the chicken broth, then add to them the ground nuts and cook the white rice with butter without any addition and add a little water so that it becomes almost sticky, then add the chicken and put a ball of rice that we make with our hands and put on top of it the chicken and the sauce and after the hot pepper with obesity on the meal And how beautiful it is

Use 1/3 AP flour and 2/3 corn (or potato) starch rather than 100% wheat flour.
*You'll be AMAZED at how it stays crispy even after the sauce is added!*

I will make this tomorrow. It looks great. It reminds me of a dish my mother-in-law used to make. She called it Korean Style Grilled Chicken. She would prepare a marinade with soy sauce, green onions, garlic, and sesame seeds. Marinade chicken breasts for a couple of hours, then grill the chicken.

Hi, I live in the UK now (although originally from North Carolina) and I just tried your recipe and yes, I do love it. I did substitute pork for the chicken this time only because I had the pork in my fridge and it needed to be cooked. It came together beautifully and I served it with egg fried rice with a sprinkle of spring onion on top. It will probably be even better tomorrow after the meat rests in that gorgeous sauce overnight. My next attempt might be to try your Korean chicken recipe. I'll let you know how I do. Thanks so much for the recipe and the video with it. I'd never would have been successful without the video to go along with the recipe.

That sounds awesome, even though I'm not a fan of whiskey. But using it for flavour in a recipe is a very different thing.
