You would think a chef would have enough common sense to not use olive oil with high heat. It has a low smoke point. Try coconut or avocado oil....your welcome.

They are quite large but they get even larger in Italy on the Amalfi Coast, double or triple mine! Glad Whiskey is entertaining.
