Great Recipe , thank you ! ...I used to make a very similar dish... I called it " Shrimp Diablo ".... same basic ingredients, I added a bit of Cayenne ... its was delicious, even room temperature,..took it on a Picnic Lunch once...with a lovely salad, the crusty bread, fresh fruits for dessert ( even chocolate dipped strawberries, lol. Anniversary surprise outing with my husband,at that time , who was a Chef.)

This Recipe looks delicious...I'll definitely have to make this, I might deviate just a touch with the sauce .lol.. with leaving some of the tomatoes " as is "...🙂.....I enjoy the texture of roasted tomatoes and other roasted vegetables.
