No I don't use enough spices to buy in bulk as they go stale. But the quantity of one packet fits nicely in each jar, they are cheaper to buy. Cheers!

That would be a totally different recipe.
@recipe30 yeah I know. I just don't like shrimps. Actually, most of the seafood stuff, and I don't like wine or champagne either 😅
I live in a remote area and it is rare to find chorizo...what would you recommend intsead? A spicy Italian sausage crumbled? Or leave out completely.
I suppose spicy Italian sausage could work, but it will be a little different.
