Another, simple masterpiece. Since discovering this channel, I have done a 150 turn from my old eating habits. I cannot claim plant based of vegan at 100%, but at 85%, I am quite happy. Satisfying simple, easy to make meals, that taste amazing. Also, has aided in much needed weight loss. Fast food is a thing of the past. This is my new fast food. Thank you very much, Will.

Will surely try i have made alternatives to rice but never thought of this I used bulgur wheat instead of rice so low in calories my diabetic friend had a low glucose reading when she ate it.

This sounds delicious but no broccolini or even brocoli, so im using slivered lengthwise strips of fresh brussel sprouts! Sounds delicious! Ps. I use a pinch or 2 of nutmeg, it takes away bitterness and cabbage like smell, but leaves no flavor of nutmeg!

Due to scarcity or unavailability of some of the ingredients in South Africa, I had to make some substitutes (Basmati rice for orzo, frozen peas for edamame, crushed garlic, ginger and chillies for Hosin sauce, unpolished sesame seeds for sesame oil and cabbage for broccoli - South Hemisphere spring just got underway and broccoli is still scares). I also added a pinch of kala namak to the tofu for a slight eggy flavour. Dispute the subs, the dish was absolutely delicious. We're having your miso mushroom noodles for dinner. Thanks for sharing these wonderful WFPB meals.

Good recipe for vegan people with lots of delicious ingredients added In it, sauces makes it really colourful and their taste and aroma is incomparable to simple rice recipe with no sauces added in it, i like cottage cheese packed with protein overall this recipe is great for lunch time.
