This is really cool to see. Inside the body is mostly gross but totally awesome to visualize and understand. I don't know why this video showed up in my feed but I appreciate it - being clear and not gory.

how did they even make it look so clear and easy? it's as if they have cut the whole joint in half and this is a cross section of the TMJ!

I have tmj issue, very painful while talking and eating. My tmj is swollen from outside visibly, cannot chew food, lost 15kg weight. Disc dislocation was from 2020 and then again in 2021, problems aggravated. Did physiotherapy in 2021, felt better the whole year. Again in 2022 things went bad after teeth grinding, still have pain and swelling in my left tmj. Did consult every maxillofacial docs in the city. Very hard time, Hopefully everything heals by grace of God. I worked as a software engineer for Google, have resigned recently. Time will change and get better

Sometimes my disc goes out of place. I can feel it. Sometimes the only symptom is that I feel is discomfort when opening my mouth or simply popping noises. Other times it is accompanied by mild pain on the jaw or ear area. It usually resolves on its own after I try for a while to pop it back into place. It usually goes back into place with a loud pop. Other than what I described it usually doesn't cause me any trouble. My case is not severe so it doesn't need any treatment. It's been happening since I was around 7 years old.

Dear Friends, hope you all are keeping well.
I had the same issue and i had spent many days and nights with this extremely severe pain, I did remember one day the pain was unbearable that i even could not sit and kept walking in my room.
Hight capacity pain killers are effective for sometime only so i can consider the situation you are into,
But luckily, one of my brother in-law who used to be a wrestle visited my home and asked me what happend, i explained him the issue, he said give me some olive oil and i will message you i said okay, He took some oil in his palm and apply on my left side neck and gently started going up and down and after 3/4 minutes he started doing with little bit more power then i had sensation kind of thing in my neck and behind the left ear he kept doing it for few more minutes and instantly i felt relaxation, he asked me to do the same 2/3 time more, i let the oil there and dried it with dray cloth, and after 15 minutes had good bath with luke warm and from that day i am all okay so i would suggest you to do the same.
If any question ask me freely.
Wish you all very good health.

  • @conquerer2410
    @conquerer2410 3 года назад +4

nice video but actually this is not the normal alignment during opening as the posterior band of the disc should be aligned on a vertical line that passes through it and the mid point of the articular eminence above and mid point of the condylar head below , which is not the case here in your nice video

My jaw makes deep, loud pops EVERY morning for a few hours but it’s gone 95% of the time by lunch and doesn’t return until the next morning. I can’t yawn, chewing is difficult (and my family can hear it popping when I’m eating breakfast), and opening my mouth past a certain point or talking makes it pop. It’s sometimes painful when it cracks but not severe. It’s a normal thing every day that I just expect and have to “get my jaw used to it” in the morning but since it goes away a few hours after waking up, it’s not annoying enough to do anything about plus it’s not like it’s dislocated or severely painful. It’s been happening since I was 16

Hahahaha bro don't be panic I also suffering from this problem . Here is 2 option . 1st is arthroscopic surgery for TMJ
2nd method is verry simple to cure .
You should eat light food .
Don't chewing hardest things like nutes ,etc.
      Use mouth guard at night.
      Or
Use splint for mouth correction .
And sometime you can take medicine for TMJ muscular relaxation .
      Thank you
