    Pretty much hypnotherapy? maybe I should let my partner and mum hypnotise me as they wish, Hypnotherapy is their profession… they have been banging on about this stuff for ages.

      I'm not sure on the science of hypnotherapy but possibly similar - the most effective way to train your brain subconsciously is to be in an almost trance like state, relaxed and calm.

    I have found not drinking caffiene during my race day and started chewing gum I drive alot better

    I think sedative helps drive faster. I believe there are many racers are taking it. (i don't mean it is recommended)

      Sedatives are exactly that, they sedate brain activity, mainly the limbic system and other motor areas. It's not a good idea to take a sedative
