You can’t beat reactors who know their shit. Thanks guys, you make me feel like I’m listening to these songs fresh all over again.
Airplay beats+Black sabbath =Good times
totally agree, I look forward to it especially when I know it's a song I love.
Seriously only one of the truly honest and good things in the whole world right now.
Nobody can write a love song as heavy as Black Sabbath. And Rick Wakeman (virtuoso keyboardist for the band Yes) was asked to lend his talents to this song.
Sorry Guys, it’s Rick Wakeman …
@Humb7757 sorry my mistake
Not one bad song on this album! For me, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath should be up there with the All-Time classic albums in Rock History.
For me, their first 6 albums should be in the Smithsonian as the pinnacle of a music genre, classic heavy metal. No one did it better.
They topped themselves on this album. Then they somehow managed to come up with Sabotage? 'Nuff said.
Sappy bubble gum lyrics on top of a badass tune with many winding turns. And Rick Wakeman on keyboards to take it to another level.
The Ward is my Shepherd! 🤘
I’ve said this Prior, but in Ozzy ‘s book he said they wanted to be a jazz band but their van wasn’t big enough for the instruments. You can hear the jazz influences often in their music!!
Thankfully fate intervened and we have all these amazing albums. 🏄♂️
The jam with Rick Wakeman is as good as it gets!
I was looking to see if anyone mentioned it. Wakeman loves the tune. I read some interview with him.
Ozzy's voice is unmistakable. He has the most unusual range with a trippy tone. Badass! The musicianship of Black Sabbath was incredible.
My favorite tune off my favorites Sabbath album. Good job.
Side two superb ending with Spiral Architect
For me in this song the star is Geezer, you have to pay attention a little more in the bass, but after all they are all killing it, love your reactions! Cheers from argentina
What I love about you guys is not only your intelligence but also your enthusiasm and love of the music.
Black Sabbath were so much more than just heavy metal, as you’re discovering. This album is especially experimental and full of surprises. Great reaction, thanks!
Nice but next, killing yourself to live is my 2nd fav on album after sabbath bloody sabbath!!!
Bought the vinyl, Bought the cd,and now I listen to you guys, playing it on RUclips.
Beautiful, Thanks verry much. 👍😁
Loving these Sabbath reactions 🤘
Some of Ozzy's best vocals are on this record and the next one! He really seemed to be "IN the zone" during the mid 70s..
Thanks, guys. This whole album is tops.
This kind of music just makes me feel good and gives me hope 🤘
Still some more incredible songs to go. This album is so fire.
Perfect song by the masters of Metal. Love it.
(I had this on 8 Track:))
There will never be music like this made again. Talk about being able to get into the music.
60s and 70s , THE GREATEST EVER, IM 70 AND THANK G0D I HAVE AII THAT GREAT MUSIC T0 GET ME THR0UGH MANY T0UGH DAYS!!!!
Rock on brother, I'm 69 and the first album I bought in 1970 was Black Sabbath 1, a week or so after it showed up in the record store and I had to have that album cover, you knew it would be intense. What a freaking understatement that was! Life altering and changed what we all thought music could be. The Mozart of Metal!
@@vicprovost2561 💯 percent agree! I’m in my late 40s and I remember my dad pulling out the paranoid album when I was about five years old and putting it on and I was absolutely hooked on the Sabbath from then on and this is an amazing album as well! They are the Godfather‘s of heavy-metal! 🤟🏼
@@robertlavorna2968 True!
You’re riding the Sabbath peak and that peak is through the stratosphere!
You can't say I didn't warn you. 😊
What a Band!!!!!!
How awesome was that! Sabbath at the peak of their musical prowess, that album, like the previous 4, is an all time classic. More to come, enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
💯 Vol 4 & SBS
Most people call out War Pigs or Paranoid or N.I.B. or Ironman but THIS (and THE WRIT) are MY fave Sabbath tracks.
Finally, a love song
I SAID TO MYSELF, THEY'RE GONNA PICK UP WHERE THEY LEFT OFF ON BLOODY ON MONDAY, SOMEHOW I KNEWWWWW IT LAH & CHE!👍😊FIRE AFTER FLUFF HUH GUYS? LOL💯
Fire!!!
Next one is going to knock you out. One of their best. Top 3 for sure. Lyrics top 3 also.
Got that swagger boy
SPOT ON! How weird, cause that’s the EXACT word I’ve always used to describe this tune! 😂
Nobody better than the AirPlay beat boys and nonody Riffs like BS!
Great tune. Wore it out!
My favorite Sabbath song!!
You guys always make me smile. Shout out to other life-long Sabbath fans who have caught on to these guys. My favorite reactors when it comes to Black Sabbath, and I've pretty much seen them all.
Had the first album a week after it came out for the album cover, that cover haunts to this very day along with the music within. Sabbath reactions are almost always positive, music that stands the test of time. 🎸
Awesome review guys Rick Wakeman from yes was playing keyboards
1st!.....Another Sabbath nailer! Nice AP! ...☠️☘️
Back then, Black Sabbath was like an animal all of their own. A good comparison, I would say, would be like Rage Against the Machine and System of a Down became in that timeframe; they were unicorns.
They didn't sound like The Who, they didn't sound like Led Zeppelin, and they didn't sound like _anyone_ during that time in our history of music. They were sort of like David Bowie in that they were so different that some people didn't know how to understand how great they were at that time.
My college Rock & Jazz teacher told us that the test of great musicians came from how they lasted through time. And we can see that with Sabbath and guys like David Bowie, in that they were misunderstood during real time, and later, people-at least the people who are smart enough to notice-were great musicians.
Black Sabbath has so many blues influences that I'm amazed to this day that more people don't see it.
But at least you guys have seen it and are pointing it out.
I met Bill Ward once. He walked into a restaurant when I sat at the bar... his daughter worked there.
He came into the place once a week, the bartender told me. And on that day a week later, I wore my Black Sabbath T-shirt and waited for him to come into the place. And as I drank my beer, the bartender said, "Hey, there he is," and I swirled my barstool around, noticed he was with his wife, and threw up the horns 🤘, and he nodded my direction, and gave me back the 🤘, and that's all we said... it was one of the coolest moments of my life.
This bluesy paean to Geezer’s then-girlfriend had its lyrical origins in Ozzy repeating porno dialogue, to his bandmate’s amusement. Rick Wakeman charged Sabbath a ‘fee’ of two pints of Director’s bitter for his incandescent piano playing. - Loudersound
Fluff to chaos. Bill got the swing. Ozzy and Thelma. Rick wakeman on keys. Banger
A SABBATH I0VE S0NG, I0I ITS GREAT WHEN I HEAR Y0U TAIK 0F THEIR VERSITiIiTY AND 0VERAII TAENT
Symptom of the Universe PLEEEEEASE....
Please please please Paul Hardcastle..19. Still revelant today
I need more floyd.. cheers guys reaction request, pink floyd, live pulse show ,song Sorrow video remastered, cheers 😂❤
Just another great reaction to another great song from another great album from the greatest band of all time
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
There it is!
Rick Wakeman from Yes on synth and piano. Supposedly Wakeman was next door doing Tales from Topographic Oceans and was totally fed up w/ the pretentiousness of that album, wanted to hang out, drink some beers, and play with some down to earth rocker folks (the Sab boys from Birmingham). Nice extra sizzle on top of a great song.
Consider doing the live version of “killing yourself to live” at California Jam…amazing performance and Tony Iommi with a clean shave is a rare sight 😂
You could never take the Birmingham out of Black Sabbath - literally the middle of England, it was surrounded by every sound in the country. A British/Irish guitar sound opens the track. Might have been one of his Laney amps, but Tony gets a Vox 30 sound for a bouncy riff that could have been a Yardbirds player, Rory Gallagher, Brian May, Thin Lizzy w/Gary Moore .. what a sound.
Sabbath can do it anyway you want it. Masters of their craft! Too busy getting high and rockin out to pay attention in school. Don't think I'd change a thing.
What happened to the live Zeppelin guys?
Live Zeppelin always gets blocked.
Please react to
Please react to them all
Thank you

ruclips.net/video/rZKxnvrYU_Y/видео.html This is "The Song Remains the Same" LIVE To See it will Make you Scratch your Heads.... Just the BEST Led Zep LIVE!!! Thanks Gents!!!!
I hope you guys to react to the entire Black Sabbath discography, including the albuns without Ozzy or Dio on vocals.
Hi, La and Che. Great review! Please check out the cover of Zep's When the Levee Breaks by the charity called Playing for Change. They raise money for climate change and peace around the world. It features artist from around the world including JPJ from LZ and Derek Trucks. They also produced a cover of ABB's Soulshine, Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground, Doobie Bros. Listen to the Music and many other great songs. I am currently paying some medical bills and can't donate to you guys at this time but would love to see your reactions to this charity group's work. Thank you and keep rocking!! 🥰
Sorry to go off topic. I didn't know you reacted to movies. "Tommy" is a wild ride. Pete Townsend has quite the imagination. A friend managed a small indie theatre where I grew up. My Dad was Chief of Police at the time. One of the patrolmen caught me watching R-rated "Lisztomania" and told my Dad. I was grounded. I only saw about 10 minutes of it! Was busy
I watched your favorite Led Zeppelin albuns/songs video and the list are too similar, i have the impression that in Black Sabbath universe, you guys will have a really different list.
Great reaction, cheers from Portugal
Love this , thanks guys.
My favorite Sabbath Album... I stole the cassette from my step dad... listened to it till it worn down so badly... such a huge influence of in my life... I was curious because of the cover hahaha... but after really hearing the music and the lyrics ... uffff Sabbath is just pure energy...
Spring of 95 bought the cassette, at 16 years of age. I didnt have a full Sabbath album until then but I ve heard a lot of their hits through Ozzys Speak of thw devil. I bought it only because I didn't know any song of the album, and until today is my favourite album of theirs.
great review!, thanks. this one definitely goes in the Sab top 5. That is Rick Wakeman on the keyboard, from Yes.
So many different tempo's and styles all in one song. They do it all the time, why? because they are Black Sabbath...
I enjoy watching you guys and your reactions lol Would you guys do Aldo Nova Fantasy or Monkey On Your Back and Warren Zevon needs some love lol
I have several Black Sabbath albums on vinyl and I consider this one to be their best along with Paranoid
Rick Wakeman was drinking buddies with Sabbath and I love his addition of the keys into any Sabbath tune but particularly this one!
Rick was brought in to play on the song as his band Yes was recording in the neighbour studio. Another fun fact is, that Bonzo (Zep and Sabbath were close friends) wanted to play the drum part on this one :D
A lot of drummers that came out in the 60’s. came from a Jazz background.
Black Sabbath 1968-eternity🤘
Y'ALL NEED TO DO A LISTEN TO ONE OF THE GREATEST SONGS FROM THE 80S FROM JOE WALSH........ "I. L. B. T'S" !!!! WHO KNOWS THIS SONG AND HOW GREAT IT IS ?!?!?!?
I thank Metallica for introducing me to the deeper side of sabbath
Guy's what are you doing to me I've just in the last 20 min had an eargasm Sabbath & Thin Lizzy on the same day, it doesn't get any better than that.
More proof why Bill Ward is my favourite Drummer of all time ever. Ever with the fact that he says he’s not a Drummer.
Such a brilliant album. Blown away as a young land..🕜💨
It's not right that you never see the back of the album cover. It changes the whole story.
YEESSSSS MORE SABBATH Laa and Chee!
I LOVE the way time seems to lose all meaning during the jam
when I listen to Vol4 and SBS I almost can smell the 70s
Im one of those that bought this album and enjoyed some weed with it. But to be honest. I bought a lot of their albums and smoked.
Greatness. Cant wait for the reactions to the Dio, Gillan and Martin eras of the band.
The whole song is great but that jam at the end is one of the greatest things ever recorded.
Tony Iommi writing classic after classic.
Yes, he should be in the songwriting Hall of Fame!
funky jazz blues hard rock =)
Metallica's cover is compelling..
this song heavily inspired Metallica
Metallica covered this on Garage Inc.
Check out sometimes I’m Happy
It’s hard to find a good riff now days as Tommy took them all !
Check out the Sabbath album Heaven and Hell!
thanks you two for keeping on..
Wakeman did it for the beer, legend.
Live versions of this classic usually morphed into 3-part jams that incorporated other Sabbath tracks. But this studio version stands alone. Great stuff.
Aw hell
Swing beat... Awesome
Heavy Metal piano Laa and Chee!
Did u all skip KILLING URSELF TO LIVE...???
That’s next from what I’m seeing on the track list
Yea great song for sure ..I have been listening to this album on a factory made cassette that sounds great..
Heavy metal at its finest
