Awesome start! Very cool you’re diving in. You can learn a ton trying to make your own engine but unless you’re very experienced that’s not the place to start. It’ll be significantly easier to learn Unity than to learn to make your own engine. Also, the more time you spend making an engine, the less time you’re actually making your GAME. Best of luck! Thank you! I like low level programming so I decided to try making my own engine so I can learn how it works at a lower level and have more control over the hardware.

@@cn3900_2 Fair enough but there’s a difference between making an engine, graphics, etc and actually making a game.
