hello RJ...i followed your circuit and made one myself...it is working but it has a hissing sound and it does not go all the way to zero volt ac...can you help fix these two issues of the hissing and not going to zero volts...thanks.

Tengo un problema con mi circuito , hice y utilicé los mismo componentes, pero , en mi caso la tensión de entrada es de 220v y cuando intento regular la salida , hace picos de 300v y no se puede graduar mediante el potenciómetro

Actually I did the whole circuit and it wont work at 230V ...I have exactly the same mini voltmeter and when I supply with power its blinking..

Eu tenho um semelhante ao seu, mas como eu pretendia operar com uma corrente elevada, experimentei empregar dois TRIACs BTA41 em paralelo, ou seja, pino 1 com pino 1, pino 2 com pino 2 e pino G com pino G. O restante do circuito não foi alterado. Estou usando , já há algumas semanas, sem problemas.
