- Hey everyone! I hope all of you are staying safe and inside during these lame corona virus days. I am confident that this will be over soon enough and we can get back to normal days!
Today's video is about why I chose the Mercedes C63s AMG Coupe over the Audi RS5 and BMW M4. Even though they are very similar in price, there were certain aspects of the c63s amg that I preferred over the other cars and I go in detail on what those were! I went with the M4 because I wanted a stick shift. If I took that out of my criteria the c63 would win my heart all day, it’s so beautiful and sounds way way better than both the counterparts. I’m totally in love with my M4 though and honestly I think its the more “fun” car of the 3.

The C63s would be my go to any day! The sound is amazing and the overall styling and quality is better. Where Mercedes wins is in the quality... in my opinion. I’ve seen more MB from the late 80s to early 90s still on the road than I have Audi or BMW. Although AMG is a bit more to maintain, I think the longevity of a MB far surpasses any of the competitors! Great job bro, keep making videos. I’m a fan!

You should have a video going over all the issues you have with your car. I have a c63s w205 and have had a couple issues with the car. I thought my car might be a lemon, but if you read the forums multiple owners are experiencing the same thing. I currently have ~40k miles on it.
Issues:
1) Gear box is clunky, in comfort mode the downshifts from 3rd to 2nd just stall and shift late. When you're at a stand still going from 1st to 2nd at a stoplight it feels as if the clutch gives out. I've brought it to service, they replaced my transmission (under warranty) but it still happens daily.
2) The rattles in the car from the dash components make it sound cheap. There are so many plastic rattles in the car it gets embarrassing when other people ride with you and hear it. It becomes annoying when you go on long drives and it rattles the entire trip. Mercedes benz service does not know how to make all the rattles go away. I also have a 2018 honda accord sport i use as my daily that does not rattle at all. Its embarrassing a 20k car has better build quality than a 90k car.
Complaints:
3) Gas consumption is horrible. yes i know its a sports car why do i car about gas. But its hard to drive the car on canyon roads if you're always needing to fill up every couple hour. Once you're in the canyons there are no gas stations in site, so at that point you're just SOL
Those are some top issues/complaints i have had with my C63s.With all that said, Im still considering about upgrading to the 2020 C63 due to the new tech it has. I believe these cars will hold some value because the 2021 models will not have the v8 anymore.
My 2cents:
I have driven the c63s and c63, the power difference is minimal. In my opinion i think its more wise to invest the difference in an aftermarket exhaust. Yes the exhaust sounds loud when the car is in park because of the software update giving it more pops.... but on the open road its not as loud as you think. A lot of people buy these cars for the v8 engine sound, so i would invest in an aftermarket exhaust to enhance the soul of the car.

C63s has 503 hp and 516 tq but is slower than the m4 because it's heavier and has traction issues. A stock M4 beats a stock c63s from a stand still all day and this is from a C63s owner. Change the tires and lighten things up a bit and the story changes.
Hey man nice video! Trying to get a similar spec C63s in the next couple years and just so you know 469hp is just for the 63 trim. A c63s actually has 503hp...all the more reason to get one 😏

C63S owner here …. Before you make your decision try to test drive all 3 of them at the end of the day is a lot of money you paying for any of this cars amd driving them will make you realice what’s the best option . I love I bloody love my AMG is a BEAST
Oh man! You called a M4 a V6? Those are fighting words for some BMW guys! Lol. Good video, I can see why you went with C63s. Everyone has personal reasons. It's a tough choice.
They are all great cars, thats why I was on the fence for all three. Whats nice is that each car has its own advantages for everyone, mine just happened to be the c63s. I heard the M4 is a lot more fun to drive
yaboibakalli I drove both the C63s and the M3. I loved the power and torque of the AMG. I just went the M route because I've been wanting one for while. I used to have a 2010 C63 and loved it. It didn't look as sinister as yours but it was fun taking down least suspecting muscle cars! I do miss the V8.
I love how wide the M3 looks, its much wider than the c63s, m4 or rs5. Its got very nice body lines. V8 is only thing keeping me at AMG, they are switching to a 4cyl so I might be going to bmw maybe!
yaboibakalli my buddy has 2015 C63s Ed1. Every time I see the interior it makes me a tad jealous. The M3 is just simple. I did get full leather to make it a little nicer inside but let’s be honest, it’s not a Mercedes haha. It was really hard but I like both cars. Not many people on RUclips doing C63 content. Keep up the good work!
Nice video man as always. your videos are inspiring. I decide to get a Used 2018 C63S coupe and I got a nice offer from a dealer in my city. Almost full option 12000 Km 2018 blue color coupe. I have to wrap it to the metallic gray and change the Gt grille though.

Yeah I dont pay attention to bmws, inline 6 v6 it makes no differences it’s still a 6 twin scroll. Only 6 that’s good is the flat 6 from Porsche

For me is either C63s or RS5. Honestly BMW is completely out of the equation for me for several reasons. And I decided to get the 2022 RS5 fully loaded instead of C63 because C63 is a dead car now and we have to wait a year or 2 to get our hands on it so Audi was the best bet and boy that car drives like a gentleman. Fast as light speed and gentle when needed. Love it
I went with the C63s because BMW don’t do a wagon and after owning an SQ5 for two yrs it was a superb car but in my opinion had little character behind the wheel.
great video. gave me a lot of inspiration on buying a C63s. I am honestly still deciding between the RS5 and C63s. For the RS5, I actually prefer the four-door sportsback. But I can't reject the look of C63s and the carbon fiber interior. RS5 is kinda low key tbh. Fan from China. Keep making good videos please.
Thanks man, glad you like the videos! RS5 Is awesome, if you think you need room for more than 2 passengers, I would get the RS5 4 door because the rear seats in the c63s are uncomfortable!

How does he have a 2018 without the digital gauge cluster but his front grill is vertical with facelift? So confused...I also heard the 2019 exhaust packs less punch due to EPA restrictions.

Have you had any engine problems with this car? I know BMW engines can last to around 250k miles but i never hear anything about Mercedes engines though.
I have 52k miles on mine and no issues so far at all! Knock on wood

My friend she had Mercedes like tull.6 years ago coz of engine breakdown. When that happened she said mileage around 380k miles

My 2017 C63S had the worst build quality. Nothing lines up from hood, fender, and bumper. Had creaking and rattling in cabin and even my reservoir was loose and dangling in engine bay. Modding was hell since you have to drop motor to get to ECU. Didn’t bother checking car out for these cause I expected perfection AMG.
It sucks because some cars are just lemons when majority of them are great. Mine isnt perfect though but after 50k miles I cant complain and have loved every minute of owning it. Sorry you had a bad experience, I had same thing with my 2014 c7!
2017 was the worst year and they took that feedback and applied it the next year. if yk anything abt amgs you'd know that was the worst year
@@rearss I moved on to a 2020 C63 and the creeks and rattles still carried over to the facelift but I have to remind myself this is not your ordinary C-Class an AMG shouldn't be about luxury and comfort. Love the C63

the interior in c63 rattles and squeaks like a cheap crap. is never the case in Audi RS.

yaboibakalli I don’t hear any squeaks or rattles. I have buddies who been in my car and drive variety of sports cars and vice versa ; very comparable! Interior is gorgeous on C63s
