    In this exercise video Meredith will be taking you through a full body “Advanced” routine that will be working all areas of your body and includes using resistance with light dumbbells.
    This exercise routine will also have a transition to the ground so only try this workout if you feel comfortable with movements on the ground.
    However, you can always do these ground movements on a bed or stable couch as well and you can also substitute the weights with cans of soup or bottles of water.
    This workout is specifically designed to strengthen and tone your whole body all in one session. This is one of our longer exercise routines and includes a low impact cardio warm up and a stretching cool down at the end to give you a complete refreshing feeling when completed.
    Again, only do movements that you feel comfortable with and if there is anything that causes pain or discomfort then modify the movement or skip over it. Since this is an advanced session, it’s recommended you check out our “preview” window at the beginning of the video to see if you will feel comfortable with this workout.
    As always, drink lots of water to stay hydrated since this will be a long session. If you are OK with transitions to the ground, also make sure you have a comfortable mat or area that you can lay on.

    You are a truly wonderful instructor! While I do have to be mindful of my body and modify some things I feel so much stronger than a few weeks ago. My son says I look healthier! I cried when I completed a 10 minute beginner cardio workout and tears of joy are teeming in my eyes now. I see where the decades of trauma have been stored in my body and I feel it releasing. Little by little my range of motion is less restricted. Both halves of my brain are learning to work together (I see you standing VS w arm movement 😊) Tomorrow I may only have the capacity for a beginner workout or I may surprise myself. It's all okay as long as I keep moving. Thank you. I couldn't afford to go somewhere to learn these things. I'm grateful you're in the world. I've talked about you so much even my therapist asked for your links ❤

    Thank you so much I am 76 and have tried so many different workouts but yours is absolutely the best, no shouting just complete instructions especially the breathing which I always get that wrong but you remind us all the way through.     just watched this today... wanted to see if my mom and aunt cound tackle the floor. They tried, they struggled, and failed; but in the end they were able to modify based on their experience with your other videos. I suggested we stay away from the floor videos, but they were insistent that they stick with it. Thanks to our engagement with your seated workouts they were able to modify on their own and feel comfortable - even motivated to continue with the advanced workout format. Thanks a bunch!!!     Love this one! Definitely feeling it in my upper and lower core. Those bicycles are kicking my backside! My question, is this one I can do daily or should I skip a day for recovery of muscles? 💪

    I just love you .I do this everyday .chair is best .this just questions. Wish be less talking .cause allot of time standing ready to workout .u talk about 20 min before u start..but I do appreciate you

    I just finish this work out and it has got to be my favorite. It’s great. I have one more question to ask you and then I will not bother you with any more questions only comment well really compliments. Is it possible to tell me what style or model of new balance that you wear or is your favorite ?😃

      I like the New Balance Fresh Foam series of running shoes. They fit my narrow foot the best and have just enough cushioning and moveability...not too tight or hard.

    Wow, really hard. Had difficulty with the floor exercises as I cannot put weight on one knee. Modified some of the exercises though. Love that it's an hour long. B&B XXX

    Meredith...another winner!!!! you qre working my abs in a way I have not been able nor chosen to in a yr with major digestive probs and pain..... I am meditating and taking your HIIT like i told you and now other classes as well. can you PM me... my brother has been diagnosed with issues I will describe privately and I need to help him formulate activity into his life. I am the major workout person and he is the lazy, make excuses guy

    Meredith, I appreciate and enjoy for the most part your workouts. You gave me an explanation before regarding this matter; that excessive and repetitive talking!!!!! Other than that , thanks for all you do !No need to respond again Meredith, i just wanted to voice my opinion
