Keep supplying weight info, so many people supply hp numbers but never weight! I have a 1750# pound supercharged drift Miata ground up build that is almost finished but am afraid the 150-170whp wont be enough. K swap would be $10k easily done right. Chelseas 2300ish# Foxbody with that ecoboost rips, interested to see your results.
The difference in weight will be substantial. This would make a great swap in a Miata I think and you could even get away with the 2.0L engine. The height might be the only obstacle in a Miata.
Really cool swap. I'm going to put the same thing in my AE86 soon.
Would you document that on RUclips? It sounds fun to watch
Great video! Thanks for the shout out ❤🎉
Sick! Good choice those motors are little rippers
They sure seem to be!
So awesome. definitely keen to see where this goes
Those intercooler mounts are slick
Thank you. 🙏🏼
What year ranger pan did you use?
What gear box are you running the zf or getrag?

Good choice man,.. balance was already really good and with this powertrain it will be even better, great detailed work as always.
Will this be another R&D bed like the old SR20VET was in the zombie car? THAT would be sick! Either way, stoked to see what y’all do with this!
Shreds at Stage 5?!
Stage 5 for sure!
Weird swaps for life! Go bug Chelsea about making power on 2.3s
Yeah we've talked about it already. I think the stock turbo will make as much as I need for now.
shoulda put in a B58.. kept it bimmer, more power and more torque.
...and a LOT more work and expense. Those do seem like very cool engines though.
