- When he’s Prime Minister, Pierre Poilievre says “his daily obsession” will be fighting for the “working class.”
But it seems he already has an obsession: rubbing shoulders with lobbyists and the corporate elite in Canada’s swankiest clubs and mansions.

This piece smacks more of jealousy than journalism !.
PeePee has never had a real job ever in his life. Ever. He qualified for his cushy pension at age 31. He's now worth millions.
Let that sink in.
Trudeau was a school teacher before he was elected and his government was the worst in Canadian history.
Let that sink in.
@@aidandevlin2298 At least being a teacher is a real job. And according to every poll, the Harper govt was the worst in Canadian history. Everyone knows that.
@@squatch545 lmao keep telling yourself that pal. Liberals are going down so hard that they keep blaming everything on a government from 9 years ago 😂😂
@@squatch545 Okay I guess you forgot who saved us from 2008.
I believe Pierre knows money better than Trudeau, and at this rate I'd rather give him a chance because of the way our country is heading. Pierre was also a good housing minister so.
@@thatoneskierdude4410 PeePee doesn't even understand how the carbon tax works or provincial vs federal jurisdiction on housing, or how inflation works, or how budgets work, or what climate change is, or anything else....
So, no. As bad as Trudeau is, PeePee would be ten times worse.
Terrific, well done
Poilievre looking out for working class since never.
For sure he knows what he's talking about
First of all, I nave near zero use for Justin and cronies. Pierre and cronies could very well be worse. I started tracking Pierre when he got elected and ended up going back about 15 years. Well he is a chronic liar and a bad one at that. If he and his cronies get elected I hope that it is a minority with the NDP. This would likely be the biggest oximorn in Canadian History. Justin has gone way too far with his simplistic ideologies. As well as pissing our money away in great amounts. He needs to get a grip on realities or likely loose the next election
I agree. It’s bad now but it can get worse.
Then don't vote either 🔵 or 🔴. Vote either 🟠 or 🟢 instead.
@@denelson83 Won't be the first time I have done a Protest vote
@@denelson83 NDP and greens are fake parties that only exist to keep Trudeau and laurentoid "elite" scum in power.
He's a politician duh, Trudeau does the same shit your point ?
Interesting, there does appear to be a contradiction here worth monitoring.
Just out of curiousity, can you show a party leader who has been in the running for PM in the past 30 years who has not met with any lobbyist?
The difference is that the man who is going to be the next prime minister of Canada right now is saying he hates lobbyists while simultaneously fundraising with them.
I just went looking for some info in regards to a similar question I had after watching this. I was pleasantly surprised that this very media outlet has an article (Mar/23) about the pharma lobby funding StatsCan reports and even altering them without this being mentioned!! But you are right, what PM hasn't been cozy with lobbyists?
Also posted as a short, yeah?
Left wing
"When I'm PM, my concern will be what is good for the working class."
-Career politician that hasn't worked a day in his life.
There is no such thing as h thing as a perfect politician. You need to play the game to get elected. But I still think Poilievre is the best of the lot.
He's absolutely awful. He'll ruin this great nation with tax breaks for the rich and austerity for the rest of us. Stop being so easily conned.
You're in denial 😂
The problem is he won't stop playing the game if elected. He will be paying back legislative favours for and doing the bidding of the mega rich donors who he's constantly hosting for fundraising.
@@Parapraxis1980 because what we have now is soooo much better, right?
@@zachem66 ummm no. I think you are actually. Enjoy that carbon tax “rebate”.
Pierre Poilievre for prime minister 100%.
Canada is sick and tired of the horrible Trudeau government.

PP has never solved any of our problems, and has had decades to do it.
@@WildfireKitsune When Pierre was housing minister, average rent and mortgage payments were half of what it is now.
When he’s opposition leader, it’s his job to literally critique the prime minister. He’s done a great job of that. So much so that he’s gathered 40% ballot support, enough for a majority.
@@WildfireKitsuneYou are aware there is an elected party and an opposition party right?
And one of these parties has the authority to rule while the other merely challenges in a ceremonial capacity? You're aware of this right?
And of which of these two parties Pierre belongs, and what his actual role is... when you complain about him 'not solving problems, you have a ninth grader's fucking clue what capacity he serves in as opposition leader...
... Right?
@@WildfireKitsune decades to do what? he wasn't even prime minister
Kick rocks bud, Pierre is coming and nothing you try will stop that
Keep dreaming fascist. Nice dreams.

Jordan Peterson with Pierre interview. He is a man with a plan🍎
Shit like that is exactly why he's NOT qualified. Peterson is a crackpot.
Candidates & parties need $ to compete in elections. So they all have fundraisers. If it's with wealthy people, it generates more $. Common practice. These are all fundraising events raising $ from individuals. Not meetings with lobbyists. Trudeau & Jagmeet do the same. When Jagmeet does it there's often union bosses attending. Still only individuals can donate and there's a public record of all of them.
