    I agree with you I personally see this thing on my body I am a mother of three children I don't sit whole day hardly sit down 1 hour or half an hour during the day avoid the snacking and never found hard to loose the weight. Mera weight after three pregnancies 54 apne app ho gya.

      @@muqeethmohammed4111 Hi dear mere tino delivery normal hue thi but uske lyi main 8months ke bad exercise and yoga and walk ki thi Jo normal delivery Mei help kare.After every delivery intermitting fasting Jo ki muje pehle pata nahi that ki wo intermittent fasting thi abhi pata chala .Finish your diner at 6 -6.30pm and take breakfast 9-9.30 next day.Be active and Mai drive nahi karti to mera jayda walk rehta hai .Do not eat proceed food and avoid snacking and take less sugar.I Never did dieting in my entire life. Thanks
