Good episode, like the point at the end about looking at training at different time scales (years, seasons, etc). Would be very interested in an episode on the connection between repetition strength and hypertrophy - Dr. Mike has said some stuff indicating that he thinks rep strength is a good gauge of muscle hypertrophy, and it would be good to have something besides the mirror / circumference measurements to make guesses about how training is going.
