I would be really interested in interindividual differences in response to frequency. So basically an analysis that points out, how relevant experimenting with different frequencies can be. There are a few single studies, but nothing big yet.
I don’t understand how, in these studies, participants manage to avoid getting weaker when training with such high volume. Over my 10+ years of training experience, I’ve tried doing more than 20 sets per week, but I always ended up getting weaker-fewer reps with the same weight from session to session. How do the participants in these studies come out of this positively? Is it just me? Am I the only one who can’t recover properly? Ok I know this is strength but it correlates with hypertrophy.
I stay moderate on all this. Upper lower every other day MWF alternating each time. Hit everything every 4-5 days with 2-3 sets per muscle each session.
Honestly , if i do 6 sets of something. I think the body part will fall off. Doing that 4/week makes it easier. But still 6sets for me is about right as max volume i do in a workout
hey...why you also dont sell some programmes? I think that you are doing amazing jobs but to be honest...when someone want to apply your knowledge etc and its not scienctist...I think it could be nice if you just for example sell some programmes and people can see how you apply it in real training
@@user-le3pg6dv8c Nah definitely too low especially on Spotify. Tried earphones and I could barely make out the audio on full blast. Mobile is the same - and in my car I turned it ALL up and I have to keep the windows closed. Managed on my laptop using FX Sound Speaker app to boost the sound. Same as last episode. Anyway, the content makes up for all of this but they should still look into it.
Thanks for taking the time to put this information out there!! Great stuff!
very much enjoying these !!!!

this season 2 is something else, guys.
🎶You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh
I never understood the frequency, uh-huh🎶
Can’t wait for strength portion!

Come on guys, the episode is a couple hours short
Pretty weak effort iff you ask me
They are going for higher frequency
Baffles me to have free access to this thx guys

Can anyone hear them?

Mic too low again. And this is just a repost. Very frustrating. You recorded it way too quiet
I would disagree, sound levels are perfectly fine for me.
@@user-le3pg6dv8c Listening in my car. Usually listen at a 10-12 for most podcasts. Max volume is 30. This sounds normal at 25. It's too quiet.
@@mattb4251 damn, must be really hard turning up your volume lmao

Two scenarios 📝 100 pullups in one session or 14 pullups every day for 7 days. Who will put on more muscle 💪 mass🤔. I think 💬 we know the answer 🙌
Which one??
@@cdrtej of course the latter 💯
100 pullups > 98 so probably the 100 i'd say.
Disagree. 100 in one session🙄 The form breakdown will inhibit hypertrophy.💪
