Thank you for doing this video. I have Triple negative breast cancer, stage 1. I did 6 months of chemo. I'm getting ready for a lumpectomy and then radiation. I am 56. I'm thankful that my son is grown. I can only imagine how scary it would be to have young children. You are strong and brave. I hope only the best for you❤

I had triple negative breast cancer. Had a mastectomy and eight rounds of chemo. That was 17 years ago and I’ve not had a recurrence!!! Attitude is everything, ladies, you can beat this.

Do the mastectomy and ductal removal . Lympectomy does not work its just so they can make more money from you if you don't remove it all it will go other places my mom had all three types at the same time

In your own words, "Hit it hard." TNBC stage 3C here. Had chemo, mastectomy, all lymph's removed, radiation and currently taking oral chemo. No regrets whatsoever. In all my research I found, this is not something to mess around with. Survivable yes but you have to not only "hit it hard," you have to crush it! Sending you the best of wishes for your fight and your recovery.

Darling, I also had TNBC and I opted for the mastectomy and reconstruction.
It will be a while before you feel safe. It’s like you lost your ability to ignore anything new with your body. My mastectomy was December of 2008. I’m still here.
My opinion is remove the breast, remove the cancer.

I am going thru this right now, triple negative. I found a lump in Oct, Dr appt not til end of Nov, mamo + ultra sound in Jan, end of Jan biopsies as it is already in 3 lymph nodes. Now in February, last week finally surgeon+oncologist appt. This week, bone scan+CT. Next wk echo, then March MR... All while it is spreading. Used to be a soft grape. Now it is hard and bigger. Afraid it has spread too much due to the delays for appts/tests in how our healthcare in the US operates. Waiting on answers but not optimistic.

Oh honey, go to a different dr. One who really cares. Within two weeks I was in surgery. It was a cray 2 weeks. Biopsy first, then mri, cat scan, mammoth, and finally they removed it, I was lucky, no lymph nodes, and on I go from here. I wish you the best.

It has been 6 wks, did bone scan-negative, CT showed liver spots then MRI liver then liver biopsy- negative then breast MRI shows spread there, echo, port and finally chemo started. A lot of tests to determine treatment. More optimistic now.

My treatment is Keytruda, Cytoxan, and Taxotere every 3 weeks, then I go the next day to have a shot Pegfigrastim.. I have TNBC and Mastastic Lymph Node in the right breast, and I was diagnosed in June 2024. I was also diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had surgery to remove both thyroid. My treat will be completed in November, then I start radiation for the thyroid cancer cleanup, and they will talk to me about surgery for breast cancer. The lump in my breast has disappeared, at least we can't feel it anymore. Hopefully, it is shrunk.
