The reason PTSD in the MILITARY is different from civilians and the reason more PTSD challenges are harder. Most Veterans don’t feel comfortable going to civilians for help. You don’t have the civil rights or liberties to ATTORNEY PROTECTION and privilege’s because the military is a contractual agreement. You are subject to the Uniform Military Code of Justice which you have no rights; you don’t have Miranda rights.
I had an NJP proposed to me & I accepted it to get it over with. New CO declined my acceptance & raised my (NJP) incident to a summary CM.
Now I’m pending losing my rank over something that can be a reprimand or 6105.

NJP and Summary Court Martial (SCM) can both be denied. Reach out to me or another military attorney to discuss the details of your case. Then you can make an informed decision on whether or not to accept or deny SCM.

If you have a stellar record, know you are being railroaded, have a personal conflict with the CO and know that CO has a history of over the top excessive punitive punishments for relatively minor or no infractions.........Do not accept CO NJP! Request a Summary Courts Martial which will immediately remove the jurisdiction from the CO and send it up the Chain of Command (Battalion, Regiment, Division etc). In my case it was thrown out a the Battalion level, saving me from a page 11 entry and the ramifications that it entails in regards to promotion and retention.
this happened to me, but i was in iraq for it so couldnt do anything about it

the only reason i now know all of this is because i started studying law because i was targeted by local police in ft bliss as a civilian and the city keeps attorneys from going against police here, so i learned law to file my case pro se and am doing that now (see my videos) but after learned law i decided to look back at my old military record and my mind has been going crazy at seeing all the wrong i have been dealing with or things i never tried to do after coming home

in iraq the only counsel that was afforded to me did not help me and told me things that were wrong, and forced me to file a chapter 10 in lieu of my court martial and then being that it was in iraq i could not get another attorney for help so i tried to report all this to IG who was from my units and told me he gave permission for things that he didnt have the authority to, man i was screwed over and discharged and then didnt even realize they charged me with bullshit charges that werent even what i said they were trying to court martial me with
I like this, just like a drone pilot, if you decide to bomb enemies to save number of troops than the ground commander saving one soldier from enemies, that should have an explainations on the pilot and the commander
