Thank you sir. I earned an A+ in my HR graduate law class by following the format you taught. The format made made learning the material and writing briefs much more organized. I’m surprised the class didn’t teach how to brief but required us to do so. Your method made me a star. Thank you for giving of you time!

Another important way to brief a case is drawing up the so-called Progress Report on Claim. That type of report is particularly useful to litigators.

It is a pain to deal with the judges expecting the self rep to write like lawyers and the trial judges ignored the argument that should be the end of al. Now writing appeal brief is another research to do for a simple matter but abuse of discretion or to say straight. When there are explanation online, it is very helpful but please make something explaining what to include or what to avoid for non lawyer plaintiffs.

You should start by saying what a brief is used for and by whom, then describe how to write one. Good that you had this captioned, especially when you got to IRAC (not IRAQ).

issue: As I was recording myself live on my second hands free device, I ask myself, I wonder who would meet me at the exact same time at the light. Around 12 feet is when you can see other car also reaching their limit line as i was also about 12 feet. Sure enough he stops right before me and Im waiting for his move and knowing I know hes been tracking me. He is upset and knows i caught him in the act and also on visual recording. He tells me to go like its my turn and i signal him back its his right away and he puts the lights on and starts with hands, get out of the car, walk over here. I never see that video again and my cloud is now disabled with a new name where verizon cant log me in.
they did not find 8 molly pills btw...idiots

Ain’t that just great and that just like a lawyer says at the beginning the FACTS should not be part of the breaf that the issue is all that is needed the facts have been established already . Then he turn around and say you do need to include the facts I wish this hot dog would make up his cotton pick in mind witch way it is suppose to be .
