I took it to The Supreme Court. My complaint is not against my codefendant who is not able to defend himself, my complaint is against the perpetrators. The bus accident we were in also appeared to be a hit, because a man came outside and said, "tell them Mr. ----- sent you." in 2022. My apologies my interest in filing a complaint is due to unlawful garnishment of my wages, with no respect to due process of law. What I stated in my post earlier, was in hast; I meant once an attorney noted that my suit was for income taxes. Because of a lack of money to pay long and drawn out cases, in which the courts won't want to rule on in my favor, even if the merits of the case demonstrates my injury. Or the court rule against me with a technicality that would make me lose my case. After having the court render its ruling, and add to it ruling that I would not have leave to amend, clearly shows the bias of the court. For myself, it very important that I legally be able to legally speak in a proper status.
These were already reported to higher authorities. It wasn't until I was recruited by the FBI and CIA that things began to change. I already had a clear background check, but my identity was stolen and used by someone using a different id. The collections were all paid. I have both receipts and letters from the companies. I won those. In addition, there were also multiple times where my credit scores were manipulated, while there were attempts to lure, coerce, and bribe me and my sons/family members into compromising positions to keep me from obtaining gainful employment. I took it to the Highest Court. They know.

The time and dates were completely outlined. Someone (it seems) keeps changing the files by one number here, or taking out other information, and it was hard for the Law Firm to locate the person. It also keeps changing hands, and they continue to spread disinformation to drag out and taint any jury. There's more than one thing going on simultaneously, and I recently applied for a couple of extremely important jobs. Very important. I won the case regarding the house I rented years ago.
If non of these (Codes, Statues, Regulations, Acts, Ordinance or Policy) are not in harmony with the Constitution / Treaties then it is Null and Void! Status is the first issue at Law! See: Pubic Law 856 for Jurisdiction.
HOW would you attack a very powerful law firm for forging documents, then attempting foreclosure on them, when it is DREADFULLY oblivious that documents are forgeries and can be verified by the public record and other means?

Folks, this is all very general, make sure to speak with a lawyer. You are only getting pieces of truth. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HAVING A LICENSED LAWYER on your side. there is much more than this. Paralegals went through only a portion of the training a real lawyer goes through. I am hearing many things that are not as simple as they might seem.
I'm a paralegal. Yes, I agree attorneys have more education. But as you know majority of the Bar is IRAC or FIRAC based. In order to draft a Complaint or Motion, paralegal needs MORE than basic understanding or as you stated a portion of training. No, paralegals do not practice law, which is what attorneys do. But they CAN draft the documents and submit them to the court.
@@vehria1 why can't paralegal give legal advise? Paralegal have much more knowledge and experiences than a pro se. Lawyers are crooks. When i hired lawyer, he doesn't even read what u gave him all the info. I want to end as soon as possible and his strategy is how to extend the case to make money. I pointed out critical items for Demurrer. He completely ignored them and submitted uncertainty. If i didn't submit critical items for Demurrer in first place, i could Loss opportunity to submit them in future and i needed to fight for my life all the way down the lawsuit. I can't get help from paralegal and I'm learning legal A to Z. My English is not that good and I'm struggling. I need to fight plaintiff's crook contingency fee lawyer. Pro se do need paralegal's legal advice

I’ve represented myself in court several times and did well each time. It is not very efficient because it takes me 5x longer than it would take a lawyer so there is a place for a lawyer depending on the situation.
I heard something about 10 years ago the rest of my family went to Europe and they replace them here, with people from there. That none of my real family is here in the family (the bag) that they are represented to belong to today. That I was supposed to be put in to my family within the last couple of years. but they went to I guess an actor company and hired someone to play my part. . I was also told that some people from Africa are the ones that are stealing my money now???? ... But I don't know if that is part of or separate from the blue cheese and whoever has a power of attorney or Faked paper marriage paperwork to steal my money..... I do not see how because there is a breach of Court Procedure Rule (CPR) by the plaintiff, should there be the filling of a motion to dismiss the Claim, if it is meritorious. I do not think it is looked on by the European Court of Human Right (ECHR) under article 6, as a fair decision by the Court. What I believe, is permissible for the Court to do in a case of that nature, as I had gathered, litigating on my own, is that the Court would instead, consider penalty charges against the plaintiff, should he/she be successful in the Claim. I am not sure whether the ECHR law is applicable to the laws in the United State of America. Here in the United Kingdom(UK), I was faced with a decision of this nature by the Court striking out my Claim, which on the evidence provided, was meritorious, except that I was denied employee's status, which completely denied me right of a hearing, 23 years later, fresh evidence has come to light that I was "an employee", this evidence having been deliberately,excluded by the defendant. In addition, there is change in the Law, which now gives me right to have a full merit hearing. Now, who is in error? The effluence of time, would certainly be at the disadvantage of the defendant in way of damages to be considered. It is therefore, unnecessary for such striking out actions to be initiated by defendants, who rely on breach of CPR to defeat Claims made against them. In this instance, it is a lessen to defendants all over the world to think twice before initiating striking out applications. Never did I know that there will come a time like this, enabling me to prove my Complaints & Claims at full merit hearing, where there is cogent evidence. All that is required now is the Court to consider moving the case on. Thank you for an eye opening lecture, it reenforced my knowledge of the law.

My apologies my interest in filing a complaint is due to unlawful garnishment of my wages, with no respect to due process of law. What I stated in my post earlier, was in hast; I meant once an attorney noted that my suit was for income taxes. Because of a lack of money to pay long and drawn out cases, in which the courts won't want to rule on in my favor, even if the merits of the case demonstrates my injury. Or the court rule against me with a technicality that would make me lose my case. After having the court render its ruling, and add to it ruling that I would not have leave to amend, clearly shows the bias of the court. For myself, it very important that I legally be able to legally speak in a proper status.

These were already reported to higher authorities. It wasn't until I was recruited by the FBI and CIA that things began to change. I already had a clear background check, but my identity was stolen and used by someone using a different id. The collections were all paid. I have both receipts and letters from the companies. I won those. In addition, there were also multiple times where my credit scores were manipulated, while there were attempts to lure, coerce, and bribe me and my sons/family members into compromising positions to keep me from obtaining gainful employment. The time and dates were completely outlined. Someone (it seems) keeps changing the files by one number here, or taking out other information, and it was hard for the Law Firm to locate the person. It also keeps changing hands, and they continue to spread disinformation to drag out and taint any jury. Folks, this is all very general, make sure to speak with a lawyer. You are only getting pieces of truth. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HAVING A LICENSED LAWYER on your side. there is much more than this. Paralegals went through only a portion of the training a real lawyer goes through. I am hearing many things that are not as simple as they might seem.
I'm a paralegal. Yes, I agree attorneys have more education. But as you know majority of the Bar is IRAC or FIRAC based. In order to draft a Complaint or Motion, paralegal needs MORE than basic understanding or as you stated a portion of training. No, paralegals do not practice law, which is what attorneys do. But they CAN draft the documents and submit them to the court.

I’ve represented myself in court several times and did well each time. It is not very efficient because it takes me 5x longer than it would take a lawyer so there is a place for a lawyer depending on the situation.

I do not see how because there is a breach of Court Procedure Rule (CPR) by the plaintiff, should there be the filling of a motion to dismiss the Claim, if it is meritorious. I do not think it is looked on by the European Court of Human Right (ECHR) under article 6, as a fair decision by the Court. What I believe, is permissible for the Court to do in a case of that nature, as I had gathered, litigating on my own, is that the Court would instead, consider penalty charges against the plaintiff, should he/she be successful in the Claim.
I am not sure whether the ECHR law is applicable to the laws in the United State of America. Here in the United Kingdom(UK), I was faced with a decision of this nature by the Court striking out my Claim, which on the evidence provided, was meritorious, except that I was denied employee's status, which completely denied me right of a hearing, 23 years later, fresh evidence has come to light that I was "an employee", this evidence having been deliberately,excluded by the defendant. In addition, there is change in the Law, which now gives me right to have a full merit hearing. Now, who is in error?
The effluence of time, would certainly be at the disadvantage of the defendant in way of damages to be considered.
It is therefore, unnecessary for such striking out actions to be initiated by defendants, who rely on breach of CPR to defeat Claims made against them.
In this instance, it is a lessen to defendants all over the world to think twice before initiating striking out applications.
Never did I know that there will come a time like this, enabling me to prove my Complaints & Claims at full merit hearing, where there is cogent evidence.
All that is required now is the Court to consider moving the case on.
