    Scalp Logic is legit the best SMP going; talk with Nicole & Joe for 5 minutes and it’s so obvious how much they care about the quality of their work (current client).

    Hi Joe and Nicole, thanks again for your awesome videos. I have been working on a client, two sessions done now and the first round I did as I was trained by Matt and he client said he wanted smaller impressions so I used a 1rl. It looked so much better and he is loving it, however, the dude was white knuckling my table and I honestly don't know how he sat for 3 hours. Is there anything I can do to reduce the pain when using a smaller needle? I am so appreciative of your knowledge and your sharing. You guys are the best.

    Is it possible to make a procedure look like a person is still bald but you can see they have made progress with a product like rogaine in helping regrow hair follicles so it doesn’t look so much different 🤷‍♂

    • @scalp_logic
      @scalp_logic  2 года назад

      Of course. We always work in a “build up manner” to create a full result.
      So, as we continue two sessions, three sessions, or more, it is solely up to the individual to decide how much is enough.
      In making ink impressions healed and lasting the same size as a real hair follicle, it will naturally have a very soft or “kind of still bald” look after the first session.

    When you say 2mm do you mean 0.2mm needle? I can't find information on 1-2mm needle.

      No, I’m referring to measuring size of the impressions left in the scalp.

    Is their anyone in the UK that you recommend who can do a similar job? Thanks.

      There is definitely talent but in UK, but not sure anyone is doing Sublte P only. I see a mixture of results, but to be fair I haven’t researched in a while.
      Always looks to see healed results that showcase impressions the size of real hair follicles, or wait to do it 💯 😊

      @@scalp_logic Thanks man. I do worry about the helmet head look later on if the ink migrates out, with the 3 point needles. I currently haven't seen anyone in the UK do subtle P from my searches. I think a 2 point needle would probably be okay as well if people did it...

    • @scalp_logic
      @scalp_logic  2 года назад +1

      @@msv7856 Yes, when I learned years ago, we bought different sized pins and soldered together different sets of 2 and 3 round liners to make all kinds of needles.
      Today it is much easier to simply buy cartridges made to any configuration one would need.
      1, 2, or 3 round liner needles will all work well, it’s how they’re used. 🪄
      Does the artist understand and communicate how much ink can be implanted in scalp before someone regrets it? That’s the important factor. Also, can he or she execute? That’s the difficult part as artists.
      Take the slow ride getting it applied. Once a guy has his first session or two with us, he understands what we’re doing sooooo much more.
      Grant at Scalp Perfection in UK is worth a call I’d say. Also, a gent named Mark at Creative Scalps is super skilled….

    How long does it take for the dots to reduce in size after procedure, I recently got smp and I feel like the dots maybe to big when I look at them

    • @scalp_logic
      @scalp_logic  2 года назад +2

      If you scab after a SMP treatment it’s because you got tattooed (deeper compared to Subtle P).
      After the scabbing which occurs 2-5 days after treatment, the impressions DO NOT reduce in size.
      Hope this helps you.

      @@scalp_logic thank you I haven’t had any scabbing my last session was 4 days ago , it’s just after I came across your video about the flashlight test is when I looked closer and seen the dots bigger up close

    • @scalp_logic

      @@maximinojaimes9860 I am blown away that the busiest companies utilize dots way bigger than real hair stubble...it just never looks real, especially up close.
      I realize most consumers are not aware of the difference between SMP and Subtle P. In other words there is no set standard in this industry. Good marketing is king and we do our best to inform guys with all the real info so they can choose best for them.
