MGZS 180 - Thermostat Replacement, Fuel Filter & Oil Change

had a coolant leak for a while and decided it was about time to sort it out.
I take you almost step by step in completing this task, unfortunately my mic decided to stop working so look forward to some voice over......
this kit was purchased though Discount MG Rover Spairs or DMGRS.

also changed the fuel filter just because it looked a tad old and carried out an engine oil & filter change.
fuel filter was bosch, oil filter was genuine and the oil I used was Millers EE performance 10w40, suitable for track days.....
