    Glad to here a positive video on Texas because the videos that are against living in Texas in my opinion are not true. We moved here from Connecticut and couldn't be happier. 💪mrwtby

    From East Texas here, My older brother and I witnessed a boy riding his horse to school. As well as seeing a man pull out of a busy gas station on a tractor on my way to Tyler.

    Most videos with just one guy talking are boring. But you did a good job both info and personality-wise. Audio is proper! Thumbs up. If you have anybody wanting to come to Toronto, Realtor here, let me know. Lived here for 35 years. Would love to visit TX someday.

      Our TX has its good & great things but problems too like everyone else. Explosive growth in rural areas, massive illegals, rising crime we are having to deal with and we shall 💪💪🤠🤠

    Grew up in the Lake Texoma area and went to college at SFASU in Nacogdoches. Have lived in many of the big cities (Houston, Dallas) and some of the smallest (Arp, Dripping Springs) loved the people in all of the areas. Work has taken me to FL, but planning to move back to Northeast area of Texas, love the forested areas.

    Young family here from South England, UK! Would love to move to Texas in the future. Where would be a good place to bring our family (2 kids who are soon to leave secondary school [high school], and a 4 year old)? So somewhere with lots to do for families, good job opportunities for the kids' future, good schools, and safe? Thank you :)

      Do not move here. You will hate it. We Texans also don’t want you to move here. Don’t believe any report that Texans are nice. We are so over that. Move to Seattle. You will fit in better there.

      Stay away if you like SF politicians. If you are a rare conservative that hates taxes, and you intend to be conservative, then fine. Homes are more affordable but jobs don’t pay as much on average. It is way too hot for way too long. Winters are still too cold.

    • @garymcfadden2797

      @@JBR7655 in which part of texas are the winters the warmest? and for how long does winter last?

    • @JBR7655
      @JBR7655 2 года назад

      @@incorectulpolitic I can only comment with experience about the metroplex and east texas. I don't think there is a SanDiego like place in terms of weather ANYWHERE in Texas.
      Humidity is more of a concern the farther south towards the coast you go. Wind in DFW shuts down in May, and so the breeze is limited during the six month period until November 1st. Then the wind along with the cold can make it feel ridiculously cold. Wind is generally less of a nuisance in East Tx than points west.
      You may be able to escape some of the humidity in the panhandle and west texas if you can handle wind and dust.
      If you want warm winters in Tx, you probably would have go to the coast. If it freezes in the valley along the coast in the winter, then there are problems with crops. It may more closely mimic Florida in the winter maybe.
      In my fantasy world, I would own homes in the right seasons where I could go live and not have to deal with the extremes.
      The extremes are just too extreme, and NO, I don't think climate change is as man made as the media would have you believe. Weather patterns are longer range and cannot be measured in terms of what you hear, which is shorter term.

    Texas has extremely flat areas where an overpass is the highest elevation for miles and the hole they dug to get material to build the overpass is now Overpass Lake. Wahoo. Hold tight when you have one of their amazing Texas Twisters jump down Tornado Alley giving you a lottery-like home insurance policy. Also, waterskiing becomes a reality sport when you dodge the alligators giving you added incentive to stay on your skis.
