Was pretty much sold on the zip liquid flash until I started wondering if it's REALLY any better than all the other brands of liquid flashing... So, I go to youtube and find that the real-world experience with it is that if it's too thin, it will dry, crack, and allow penetration! Why would anyone pay that kind of money for something that isn't almost bulletproof? If it really does crack (and there's no way to get a thick coat everywhere), what is the actual advantage? Wish their engineer could answer this!

It was another youtube channel with a professional contractor who uses it all the time. He was just trying to emphasize the point that the application needs to not be thin. What it says to an amateur is that it can fail even when there's a solid layer upon application. @@SawHorseDesignBuild
