On the subject of polish: I have applied the Storm ReactaShine by hand, and got pretty good results. However, it doesn't stay on the ball very long (polish will be worn off the ball track with around a half dozen throws). It took alot longer, and required much more pressure.

i used the other turtle wax polish on my motiv pride empire with a 4000 finish. that ball was so shiny and nice looking that i didnt want to use it anymore. it was my shelf queen lol

Ronald, Question for you: I have a Hammer Ocean Vibe. I recently shot a 706 with it by releasing it straight using the 5 board (1st arrow). It is polished with Brunswick Factory Compound. Would you consider this piece a “traction ball”?

@@Ctdbowling Thanks for responding. I used the Vibe again today and (1) the ball is very continuous. When it reaches the breakpoint, it begins to turn, and the move continues right through the pin deck. And (2), I bowled a 709 today. Had 11 strikes in a row over two games. Learning to bowl again after time away from the sport for 20 years. Love it!
