Very nice, never thought of trying this method. You could also create your 3D logo in Blender, then export it as a USDZ file and import directly into Motion.
Aloha from Maui. You do such a great job making your tutorials. Much easier to understand than some of the bigger channels out there. 👍🏼 Mahalo (thanks)!
Hey, Jenn, greetings from Ocala, aka Slow-cala. Thanks for this, I completely forget I can drag psd files into Motion. One other thing I've done is use the mO2 plugin. I save different parts out in Illustrator as SVGs, reassemble and extrude them in mO2 and apply simple material colors.
Hi I've not done any animation at all and although I have Motion 5 I have no idea how it works, so can you help me please, or can I pay you to do a very quick job please? I'm disabled so I need to use an old PlayStation 2 Joystick. Basically I took 4 photos of oof my joystick on a black background so it looks like a cut out joystick, the photos are of the joysticks found back left and right... I was hoping to put these 4 photos together and speed it up so when you pressed play it should look like a spinning joystick which I'll use as a logo or overlay it over gameplay video. If I email you the photos could you do it for me please as all this is beyond me lol
I’m just learning Motion, and you’re the best teacher ever! Hope to be able to afford your full courses soon!
