I just found lactarius camphoratus from your other video in my tiny yard tonight! I was so excited, could hardly believe it! Had actually just been thinking of going foraging specifically for that mushroom. It's my new favorite mushroom, so nutty and sweet. Now I don't have to, I feel so lucky right now.

That is awesome... I just moved some quart containers outside under a cherry tree... then a few days later I found these little brown mushrooms growing in them... Glad to know what they are... Ithey must have been in the potting soil... I am also working on growing wine caps and are anxious to move them outside... this gives me hope... I'm in Southern Oregon very near the coast out weather this year has been rather cool and windy 64*F yesterday...

I am a research biologist, but totally inexperienced with fungi. I thought chestnut mushrooms were in clusters. Is there anything poisonous that looks like this?
