Hi Jamie, stayed in that exact room a couple of weeks ago when going on the Arvia, thought it was really good value and very friendly staff. The taxi service was also great, would definitely stay again. We booked it through our travel agent but you can go direct I believe.

Yes,it's very important to test everything when you check in !! Including the hair dryers !!😆 Lol. You don't wanna was your hair & find out it's broken !! Lol 👍🎶

We've done the same sort of package but from the Doubletree by Hilton not far from the Holiday Inn. Like you we thought it was a great option and we'd happily do it again as it was so easy and good value.

Although we have parking on the dockside, we always travel down to Southampton (250 ish miles) the day before. Stay at Holiday Inn Express Southampton West. Check out on embarkation day about 11 am then drive to Mayflower Park right next to the dock until time to board. Always worked well for us.
That's a good deal, we've seen some people pay more than that for just parking. Wow a pool too! Hummus looks lovely. This is a great place to stay. Excellent review. Cheers 🍻
Thanks for this video Jamie - it’s definitely on our list to try having watched. We have done several of these cruise/park hotels with mixed results, particularly the return journey. Some only include the journey to the port which suits us better as some of our problems (particularly at Ocean Terminal) have been trying to spot your taxi when it arrives and, the signal on my mobile isn’t the best under the metal canopy. We have had drivers trying to ring to tell us they have arrived but not getting through.

You’d probably need to pay an extra amount in liaison with the hotel / would need to contact them

The hotel looks an excellent place to stay before your cruise. The only thing that puts me off is the waiting time to get back to the hotel.

Yes, like I mentioned, prices from £200 which is what it would have cost us on this occasion
