The Ultimate Fall Side Dish: Chili Cheese Corn Casserole

This is my Mom's signature dish She made every Holiday or Family Gathering!
Its CREAMY, Cheesy, sweet, and savory all at the same time! Its a flavor explosion in your mouth!

Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn..DRAINED
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 small box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 large eggs
1 stick melted salted butter
1 C sour cream
1 small can diced green chiles (if you like spicy get the HOT ones:
1 C sharp Cheddar Cheese...divided
Bake at 350
