Its saying “no license available for new user” after i got the Free plan.
You may need to turn off the automatic assignment of licenses in the admin panel (under billing). Thank you.
I love how you explained it well and slow as English's is not my native language. Subscribed!
Awesome, thank you!
@@itwithcarlos Hey man, do you the easiest way to become reseller of google workspace?
Good one it helped but question is can the primary admin user can be downgraded to not be authorized anymore to control anything ?
Hi, it is possible, however, you will need to assign this role to another user. Thank you.
good one this did helped.
I am glad it helped. Thank you!
I can't see an admin icon in google apps. How can I get that?
Hi Abbas, if you don't see the admin icon, it is probably the user is not assigned with the admin role. You can try logging in via admin.google.com. This will take you directly to the admin console if you have the admin role.
Thank you!!!
Hello,
Is there any way to merge licenses into a domain? For example: out of 10 accounts I have 2 on the Starter plan and 8 on the Standard.
Thank you!
Hi J, it depends. Are they in different Google Workspace accounts? Are they currently under different domains? If it is the case, you could create the accounts under the final domain and then do the email migration with GW migration tool. I hope it helps. Thanks!!!
@@itwithcarlos Hello,
Thanks for the answer.
It would be for the same domain. For example: in a team with 5 people, only the leader of a department would need 2TB (Standard) of storage, the other 4 could continue on the 30GB plan (Starter).
With this change in Workspace's storage policy, several of my customers are considering changing the service due to the high cost if I have to upgrade for all users.
I can't see the application on my account. what should I do ?
If you don't see the admin icon, then your user does not have the super admin role. Thank you!
is there a limit for how many admins that can exist?
HI Andreas, as far as I know there are not limits, however, it is suggested to limit the number of admin for security reasons.
Hi, I have my own personal gmail account, how can I make myself admin? I don't have an admin icon
Hi Krisztian, the admin only work on Google Workspace account. It does not apply to personal gmail accounts. Thank you!
Thank you so much for pointing out about the licenses. The Google Workspace license was being automatically assigned so it was charging and I was confused. Now I'm clear.
I am glad it helped you. Thank you!
Thank for your post, i give someone access as admin to my google merchant but he turns himself to be super admin and refused to remove himself so I'm looking for solutions right now. @itwithcarlos
how to recover an old Gsuite legacy suspended account when you don't have admin access? account suspended recently.
Hello Ashakun, if you are not able to access/recover the account of the admin user, the only other option is to contact Google Support. You will probably need to prove that you have control on the domain name and its DNSs. Hope it help, good luck and thank you!
@@itwithcarlos Thanks. I tried but it reaches phone and they are no use. Do you have any Google id support email id I can contact?
