Good video on how to assign the privileges but I believe did not entirely answer the question. I believe what is being asked is if I am the 'only' (i.e. solotrepreneur) user of my Google Workspace Business Starter level system it would be best practice to have my 'daily work account' not also be an admin level account. Good security practice would be to have a separate admin function only account that is separate from your daily work account that would not have such elevated privileges. So, 1 licensed user account and 1 unlicensed admin account for tenant management purposes only so that you're only paying for 1 user in total because you really are only one user, just two different identities. Microsoft 365 allows this standard out of the box and in fact encourages a 'break-glass' emergency account to be setup without a license. I think it could be done with Google Cloud Identity and turning off 'automatically assign user licenses'.

Correct! That would be a good setup

I think this video missed the point of the Least Privilege Principle. I would not want my account to have admin rights. You should always have a second account.

Hello I need to ask you something about adding users to a plan of Business Starter. In this plan, If I added 3 new users other than main admin, do I need to pay $6 X 4 users per month?

I’m not 100% sure about the pricing for your particular market, but yes you will need to pay for each user

Hi - are you paying for each of your 56 users you have (6-12 each?) or does google offer a plan that allows you to have X amount of users for 1 flat monthy fee?
