My father has a house 10 minutes walk away from the beach, and it was also a Fisher Town so I remember having freshly smoked fish used to have flat fish, but the best thing I had was freshly smoked salmon, it was still hot and the flavor was amazing, miss those days

I've tried a salad that was roughly close to this one, and it's definitely worth trying.
A bit different from the usual salad, but still very good.
