    I quickly viewed the video cause i know that some proper pumping was going to happen soon after the sucking. I didn't know you were going to include some plugging and cracking also! Now @ 05:30 i am left without words! I really hope Brianna learned a few tips in this video and as always a great job Klowny!

    Hey man, love the videos. I have a question for you that’s not really part of this video. I have an 85 Camaro. I’ve noticed an rpm surge of about 200 rpm’s when I press the brake pedal, then back to normal, then same surge when I release the pedal. I’ve changed the booster, booster check valve, check filter, and all the rubber hoses that connect those items. Still same issue. Any ideas??

    Also remember to replace the fluid and bleed at each wheel every 5 yrs. Wheel order, RR, LR, RF, LF. I also bench bleed the master with hoses connected back into the master cyl.

  • @charlesclemons741
    @charlesclemons741 4 года назад

    Another great video! I have a question. After doing this process, am I then able to proceed with bleeding each individual line as normal? If I add more fluid to the master cylinder do I need to do the entire process over again?

    • @klowny1969
      @klowny1969  4 года назад +1

      Yes..I like to start cracking open all the lines from the top and proceed downwards to the rest of the fittings..next would be the fittings on the combo valve..and if ur car has ABS, make sure that system is bled as well..some cars need a computer hooked up to activate the abs solenoids to bleed the air out of there as well..and finally bleed the bleeders at the calipers.

    • @klowny1969
      @klowny1969  4 года назад +1

      As far as adding fluid..not sure what you are asking me there..just keep the fluid topped off in the master as you are doing this process

  • @tismgarage
    @tismgarage 4 года назад

    So i got a stumper. 74 f350 disk front drum rear. I replaced the master and booster. Bled the system no air. 18inches of vaccum. I got pedal pressure, no actual brake pressure. Calipers are good but rebuilt anyways. Replaced rear drums, shoes and spring kit. Same thing, plenty of pedal pressure, no grab. Also rear drums are adjusted, even had a mobile brake guy look at it and hes stumped.

    • @graymodeler
      @graymodeler 4 года назад

      The Stutterin Mechanic Sounds like something went wrong with the new booster/brake master installation. The push rod has to be in there correctly and the pedal must not hit any stop. Some cars also have a pressure adjustment valve in the lines that could be set wrong. It is either mechanical with the pedal, or hydraulic in the lines. Good luck.

    • @klowny1969
      @klowny1969  4 года назад +2

      Are you having no brakes just in the back or just the fronts? If so your valve in your combination valve could have moved. You would have to take the sensor off and use a pick to manually move the valve.I also have a video on how to pressure test your brakes, you can start at the bleeder screws to see the pressures and work your way up to the master..
