Myron Mixon: How To Make The Most Outrageous BBQ Contest Pimento Cheese

World Champion Pitmaster, Myron Mixon shares his recipe for the most outrageous pimento cheese recipe you've ever tasted. Make it as a snack to eat while you're grilling, smoking some Q or just in the mood for a pimento cheese sandwich. This is so good, it'll make your taste buds tingle!
BBQ Contest Pimento Cheese Ingredients:
8oz grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
8oz grated pepper jack cheese
8oz grated velvetta cheese
8oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
Small jar diced pimento peppers
Enough mayo until creamy
1/2 teaspoon Myron Mixon’s Hot Rub
1 tablespoon sugar
Mix ingredients in bowl. Make sure to add enough mayo to be creamy because when it’s refrigerated, it will firm up.
