Nice! How long does it need to be on the grill?
That depends on your grill temperature, the thickness of the steak and your temperature preference.
On my grill, which goes to about 700 degrees, and I like my steak Black & Blue (Pittsburgh Style) i.e. very rare, that steak took about 8-10 mins total.
That steak has been to hell and back
